The hairdresser herself is not bad, good staff, administration, I have been coming here for 10 years, but there is a very dubious set of hairdressers in the men's room.
I understand that they work there as self-employed (i.e., the office itself is not affiliated with them and you can't complain about a bad haircut), but you can't deny the fact that absolute idiots often flit in their direction there.
But this happens very rarely, so you can't put your hand below three stars.

The worst salon! Complete lack of customer orientation and professionalism!
Today, my mother, Victoria, came to this salon on a special day – her 55th birthday! We made an appointment in advance and clarified that we needed an experienced master who would do beautiful styling and haircuts. Instead, Mom was sent to an inexperienced, rude and completely indifferent "stylist" Ksenia, who completely ruined her holiday!
1. Zero professionalism
Ksenia didn't just cut her hair badly – she disfigured her hair: crooked cuts, bald spots, protruding "ears"! It's not even an intern's level – it's a complete professional incompetence! If a salon charges money for services, why are untrained employees being given to customers?
2. Rudeness and complete disrespect for the client
But worse than the haircut was the attitude! Ksenia rolled her eyes, was rude and rude, as if her mother owed her something! My mom is a very calm and patient person, but even she was driven to hysteria and tears! As a result, she ran out of the salon in tears, she felt so bad that she had to call an ambulance!
3. No responsibility! Money is more important than customers!
Instead of apologizing and correcting the situation, this pseudo-master insulted Mom and took the money! Where is the customer focus? Where is the basic humanity? The salon clearly doesn't care about people – as long as it takes the money!
