I will refute the comment below that if you cut your hair from one master on a regular basis , the price soars to heaven , not so , in 4 years the price has risen 1-2 times by 2-4 rubles, which I think it is acceptable, and if the price of 15 rubles is for you, a razor in your hands, everything always gets more expensive, you have to put up with it, by the way, there is even a toilet in some cases it is very convenient , the administrators are pleasant and polite in communication , for this money it is more than enough

Good afternoon, we visited this barbershop, here is the result of a haircut for a child, how can a master be allowed to work if the work is not done efficiently and with consequences, they asked for scissors to remove a little length from above, they took off almost all, it's a pity there are no photos, they put them out of the hall saying they were free and started cutting, after the child came with sadines behind the ear, on the neck, after a while, redness appeared from the machine on the side (where is the drawing), asking the master if the wounds were treated, they said no, and they didn't tell me anything that such a situation had happened, as if it should have been, I asked the administrator if it should be, they answered, that this is an allergic reaction, my son is 9 years old, it has never been noticed over the years, they always cut his hair without problems and consequences! After that, another employee joined the conversation, saying that this is normal, the machine can catch the skin, that's how it is? I pay money for the service, not cars that can leave abrasions on my head, so you need to monitor the electrical equipment, change it on time... There were no elementary apologies, I want to return the 16 rubles paid! And I will contact the society for consumer protection, I will not just leave this situation if it is NORMAL for the employees of this hairdressing salon!

At first, she said that if I did not pay, she would write a statement to the police against me. And then she refused to take the money at all. I have ruined my hair, and I'm also guilty. I did not refuse to pay, but she did not name the amount. I left the address, I'm waiting for the color correction, especially since I refused to even do a haircut.
