The branch at Pobediteley 45 is located next to Victory Park. There is no extra tinsel inside, it is clean. There aren't many people. The staff is helpful and polite. Doctors are professionals. There is an individual approach.

The conversation with the doctor did not take more than a minute, not only was he obviously rude when responding to the story about my problem, "does nothing else bother you in your life?", but he also did not advise anything about it, just said that: "well, that's it, buddy, you can handle everything.". Disgusting to me and cool, of course, to him. I'm sure it was the easiest 60p in this guy's life, I came to a consultation, and in the end I found out that I have 10 fingers on my hands and, believe it or not, the same number on my feet, so unexpected. The center itself is adequate, but the fact that I stumbled upon this incompetent humorist is nothing more than an annoying surprise, I won't say who, let's still loot the babala with kind-hearted hard workers) but I definitely won't set foot in this center anymore. If you need to see a urologist, then guys, you definitely have a path here, and it will be more useful than 10 times from a regular polyclinic. And now I can only sit and wait for the amputation of the pencil case because of such timely and, most importantly, high-quality care.

Today, my husband visited urologist Batsenko. We applied for a conclusion, and when making an appointment on the phone, I explained to the administrator that an examination was not necessary. We have all the documents in our hands, we just need a conclusion. After the husband came into the office, showed the documents, the doctor put them aside and said everything later... He made an inspection and said that everything was fine. Immediately, the doctor issues a conclusion and makes a diagnosis, directs to a bunch of tests, stipulates the cost of 280 rubles. After I came into the office with indignation, and asked why they didn't write what we were dealing with. The doctor quickly redoes the conclusion, which says that the spouse is healthy. And that's how to understand it? Sometimes he is diagnosed, then he suddenly becomes healthy... According to the cost, they said 45p on the phone, in fact they paid 64.64... allegedly, the inspection is not included in the price. Okay, but we didn't need an inspection!!! This is the first time we have been to this center, we will not come again! It's a pity, you can't set 0.

Someone opened the door to the office opposite the waiting seats and a very cold stream of air was blowing out. Hello!
I want to share a review about the Kravira Medical center. We applied to this center for the first time, because in our usual center there was no free appointment with the right specialist.
We signed up for a pediatric dentist.
I'll start with the pros. Convenient location, normal living conditions in the center.
The inspection also left a good impression. The doctor answered my questions and gave me oral recommendations. There are no complaints about the doctor.
Now the cons. We arrived in advance ~ 5-7 minutes. We waited at the office for 15-20 minutes. This did not cause any complaints, because pediatric dentistry and everything happens. Then the doctor and the patient's mother (who was inside) came out into the corridor, the doctor found out from her mother about some complaint that the woman allegedly left. The woman denied the complaint. My child and I were sitting in the audience of this show. It all looked strange for a new client. Some kind of showdown right away. Then we were invited. The doctor tried to work with us promptly, because there was another patient waiting in the hall. Fluently, quickly, hurriedly, but everything seems to be on the case. Ok.
The baby's milk tooth is not subject to treatment due to age and the doctor sent it for removal.
There is no pediatric surgeon at the center. After the reception at the cashier, we stood for another 10 minutes. We waited for the cashier to come. At the same time, there is no queue in the center, but there is no cashier either. It was a weekday afternoon and I didn't have much time.
When we went to another clinic to have a tooth removed, it became clear that we were not given any discharge at Kravira. Nothing at all. Although in another center they always give a conclusion, even if they just write recommendations to brush your teeth.
I agree that I was also stupid and did not ask the doctor to issue a written opinion for the surgeon. Therefore, I had to go to a dentist (therapist) in another center again for a fee for further tooth extraction. But anything can happen. Okay, OK. And the cherry on the cake was a call a month later that I had not fully paid off the Kravira Medical center. I was informed that I had not paid for the photo and offered to send the payment details. The cashier forgot to charge me for the photo.
I don't even remember how much I paid or whether I paid for the picture. Nobody gave me the contract. Maybe there was a receipt, I don't remember. But after a month to demand an additional payment from the patient, it is as strange as possible. I have only one conclusion – this center is an unrealistic mess.
The reception lasted 15 minutes, and the wait was still 30. They forget to print the conclusion, they forget to count their own services.
We will not apply anymore, although the doctor told us to come next to the tooth after removal for treatment.
The sediment from the center remained unpleasant, nervous people will increase your nervousness. And now we still need to find time and, when we are near them, go in and pay them extra.

I prepared properly, starved, drank fortrans, as a result, they said inadequate preparation, shrugged their shoulders. Maybe in this situation it is necessary to explain a little what and how to do next. The anesthesiologist answered my question, saying whether sedation is easy, literally through his teeth, no, anesthesia. No one explains anything, no one cheers, no one cares. Who is afraid of anesthesia- it's great, you just sleep a little and that's it, it's not scary, but I was so worried. On Zakharova, an ECG is done on the ground floor with uncurtained windows, people walk close, it's unpleasant. The receptionists couldn't tell me that you were paying for the tests on the second floor, and I was just sitting there in line. Cute. Ultrasound of veins- climbing on an ordinary couch with weight and low hemoglobin when you feel dizzy, well, that's it. Where are the handrails? After all, you can really fall from there. There should be a step couch, I saw it on YouTube. The ultrasound machine on Skripnikov is older than in our state polyclinic, respectively, the description of the ultrasound even from the M.N. is not correct, hysteroscopy showed something else. The Candidate of Medical Sciences herself always has a bag on the table, as if she came in for five minutes and is constantly discussing where in which branch she should still work. We go to her with our friends, there is always one painting. But the therapist at Skripnikov is excellent, thank him very much.

The price for ultrasound of the abdominal cavity and kidneys is less than in other centers.

The highest qualification category for a doctor is more like a high probability of a mediocre relationship rather than a plus for the client. A man cuts money. He charges for what he did not provide. In my case, I applied the ultrasound machine to exactly one point and exactly from one side and with the words everything is fine, I said to get up, which took a total of 15 seconds. And at the checkout it turned out that I had a complete ultrasound of the kidneys, at least they wanted to take money for it! Despite the fact that they did not issue an ultrasound report! In the state polyclinic, they did it thoroughly for free, but here for money anyway. An unscrupulous attitude. I looked at my tests diagonally. As a patient, I had to extract some information from the doctor because I already knew what to clarify. Personally, in my case, it turned out to be a waste of time in the first place. Money is not a pity when they try to help you, but this specialist seemed to be doing me a favor by watching and listening. Well, the classics of the genre are not mine, this is for you to see another doctor, come next!
The conclusion is that your health is in your hands and if the doctor is not interested in you, then he will not help you for any money, simply because he DOES NOT WANT to.

I take off the star during the waiting time, it has exceeded +30 minutes from the scheduled time.
