Incompetent sellers and poor quality cosmetics. I bought an eyeliner, didn't have time to test, trusted the sales consultant. The girl offered me an eye pencil, which allegedly corresponded to my wishes - resistant, does not spread. In fact, it turned out to be the opposite, I didn't last even 30 minutes. It's a pity that 17 rubles were thrown away, such quality costs 2 rubles per Mile.
