Everything was fine. Excellent and helpful staff. The beach and the supermarket are literally a one-minute walk away. I recommend. I took off one star for the noise in the hotel. But it's not the fault of the staff here. Many of the guests were with children and they were making noise early in the morning.

Very cozy place, room amenities, air conditioning, refrigerator. There is a water cooler on each floor. There is a washing machine on the second floor. The hostess Amina is a very pleasant girl to whom you can turn on any issue. He will always help with the organization of excursions. It's a couple of minutes to the sea. There is a shop and cafes nearby.

I want to share my negative impression about stopping at this place.
The guest house itself is well made, soundly, BUT! dirty floors, stained linen, very small towels, the mattress is collapsed. After check-in, the boiler flowed, the TV did not work, then somehow they set it up themselves, but the worst thing is that the locals spiders and slugs turned out to be in the room, there are cobwebs and spiders in all corners.
I ask you to pay special attention to lovers of silence, the audibility in the house is terrible, you can literally hear the conversations of the guests from above, the street, the owners react hard to complaints and do not support feedback... I had to leave within a day...

We rested in this house for two weeks. Many thanks to the hostess Amina, her father Timur and assistant Yura! Such sincere and good people! The rooms are great! Cleaning every day, everything in the room is:air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator. There is a shared kitchen on the street, where everything you need is dishes, spoons, mugs, pots, microwave, kettle. The sea is 2 minutes away. Shops and cafes are within walking distance. I recommend it to everyone if you gather in Gudauta.

I liked everything very much. The room has everything you need to stay. There is a kitchen outside, you can cook. But I don't cook on vacation. Vacation should be in everything 😉
There is a cafe nearby that is very good and inexpensive. The sea is nearby, literally walking for a minute.. There is WiFi, the hosts are very friendly and polite people.

A complete disappointment.
The room was booked in advance, 3 days before arrival it turned out that the hostess Fatima had mixed up the dates and we would be settled only for 4 days instead of the planned 12. It was suggested to move into conditions "no worse", more on that later. It is very strange that people who came for the 5th year in a row were treated so beastly. Fatima did not consider it necessary to apologize, apparently it is beneath her dignity, well, she is good at looking into her eyes and smiling, she is not capable of more. In general, do not flatter yourself with their "kind" attitude, Abkhazians are very cunning.
In "Krisna" there is a room on the 1st floor, without a balcony, there is no sunlight from the word "at all", the smell of dampness and mustiness, + a kitchen under the windows, that is, from 6 a.m. you are aware of all events, who ate, slept, etc. The last few years the room was with a balcony, the sky and Earth, don't even need to compare.
And now about the conditions "no worse." It's a pure-looking hangout for alcoholics and prostitutes. A house with 4 rooms, a hotel or a holiday home, I can't call IT a language. Address - lane. Ampar, 9, if you are being relocated here, congratulations, your vacation is over. Objectively, it is too much to charge 3,000 rubles per day for this. The communal kitchen is very dirty, the rooms are no better clean, no one will clean up, take out the garbage yourself and clean up yourself. There is no refrigerator and kettle in the rooms, one of the advantages is the presence of a working air conditioner. The territory (in the kitchen) is always crowded, and from 6 a.m. to late at night (5-6 a.m.), jokes, fun, laughter, songs - even if you did not order, listen. The son of the hostess, Denis, is a regular at gatherings, so there is no one to complain, you still have to endure and put up with the conditions. The hostess Svetlana appears once every 1-2 days, blissfully smiles, complain - no - the letter Y, then think of a rhyme. We tried a couple of times to express our displeasure to Fatima and her husband Astamur, because this "magical" house belongs to their relative, but to no avail, everyone knew about the noise and dirt, and they put their guests there anyway. In general, according to the lane . Ampar, 9 - no sleep, no Internet, no cleaning, no laundry, iron yes, but no extension cord, + water is bad. Plus, the sea is nearby, that's all.
Thank you for the ruined vacation, before the prospect of getting into this mess again, we will consider other hotels. I do not recommend it.

One of the best hotels in Gudauta. It has good rooms equipped with everything you need - bathroom, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. But the highlight is the cool hosts; polite, serious, responsible and reliable. It is easy and convenient to live and relax here. There are two grocery stores near Krisna, a good cafe Sukhum and several small home cafes. It takes a minute or two to walk to the beach, no more. The city center is 5-7 minutes on foot, and the market is 15 minutes away.
Yes, there are hotels a little cheaper, but they don't compare with Krisna. Why? Yes, at least because here the price includes the opportunity to use a chic kitchen on the veranda, and laundry; here you can also buy various products, for the quality of which the owners are responsible, you can solve issues with excursions, just call a taxi, consult and so on. I am writing as a guest - former and future. If you don't believe me, check it out!

We had a rest from June 13, 2019 to July 11, 2019. Many thanks to Fatima and Astamur for the reception! The four of us were vacationing, me, my husband and two small children. Our room with a huge balcony was located on the second floor. The room has a great big bed, sofa, wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning - everything is very cozy and tasteful. Nice shower cabin, toilet! Bed linen and towels are changed. There is a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. So - "I don't want to erase"! By the way, the fact that the hotel is all wooden creates a special feeling of "your own house"!. The hotel has a covered courtyard with a kitchen, nice wooden large tables and benches. You can cook anything and enjoy eating))) Fatima is a super hostess, she treated us to homemade khachapuri and pizza! I always went to a meeting on any issue, which, of course, is very pleasant! Astamur, treated with homemade wine :)! The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the sea. There are places to eat outside the house, many cafes. In general, the rest was wonderful!
