I made an order, paid, accepted, agreed on the time until 18, and as a result, they ignored me all day reading messages at the same time. At 20.55 it was reported that all the bouquets had left and would be delivered soon. And at 22.00 they called with the words "the girls from another store told me that they forgot to send you a bouquet. Can you take it tomorrow?"
That's the level of service! My anger is not there, they ruined the whole holiday, they did not apologize for ignoring and spoiling the holiday.
I do not advise ordering delivery from them on holidays and I will continue to avoid it!

Terrible attitude towards customers. I wanted to order a bouquet delivery "for tomorrow". During the correspondence, after the bouquet was chosen by me, 1.5 hours before the end of working hours, I simply stopped responding in the messenger. The next day, more than 1.5 hours after the start of the store, I was told that they were ready to deliver the bouquet to the addressee, As they say, thank you, no longer necessary.
I do not recommend it!

I support all previous reviews. Terrible attitude towards customers. I tried to order a bouquet twice and each time I just had to quickly look for another store, because either they start to ignore when almost everything is agreed, or they offer flowers, which in the end there are 2-3 pieces left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
