Kronon Park Hotel 4* Grodno.
This is the best hotel of all those previously viewed in Belarus and later.
Wonderful! Exquisite! Delicate! In a chic place - a pine forest, the old town with its castles is a 30-minute walk away, BUT there is a free transfer from the hotel to any point in Grodno. You will be delivered and then taken back from where you say.
There are very expensive cars in the parking lot of the hotel - Belarusian rich people have come to relax.
A mini landscape park has a place to be.
The hotel is in the style of a respectable country club. A mansion with its own history, soul, rooms of different categories. We looked into a luxury room - powerful!
The rooms are in the Provence style, with good curtains, general decor and pleasant little things in the form of welcome cookies and chic chocolate truffles.
Bathrobes, slippers, monogrammed towels.
Expensive soap and soap cosmetics. But. There is no toothpaste and brushes.
The minibar is a space. I didn't even understand what was standing there. Some kind of local rainbow of tinctures and European alcohol and snacks.
The air is pine trees!
I will note breakfast separately (included).
It's divine.
Breakfast is on the menu. The choice of 5-7-10 dishes (I can't remember how many, but a lot) from 3-5 options.
Here you have eggs Benedict with salmon, here you have pancakes with red caviar, here you have assorted cheeses or fish, here you have a zucchini pancake with shrimp. Sorry! Set aside the zucchini! Zucchini!!! Zucchini pancakes.
Freshly squeezed juice is always available.

In general, Grodno is in the top of all the cities and places that we have seen. For me. Best. In terms of cuisine, quality, details, etc.
The old town is beautiful. There is something to see, where to walk. From certain points of view, it may seem that it resembles Prague.. There are a few.. but not much. This is not Prague at all)
I definitely recommend visiting both the hotel and the city.

An incredible hotel in the center of the park. Free taxi to the center of old Grodno. Excellent service. Cozy rooms in English style. The restaurant, exquisite cuisine, breakfast on the terrace in summer under the singing of tits deserves a separate story. Free bicycles for walking in the park. There is even a sauna and a small swimming pool. In general, everything is a five-plus. Quick and easy booking. A cozy, intelligent atmosphere. Excellent service. The staff is at the level of competence when you feel surrounded by care without being intrusive. It was nice to receive a compliment from the chef. They asked for their wishes and gladly accepted them. They offered to pack a huge uneaten portion in a container.
In total, there is a pleasant memory and a desire to return to this wonderful place.
Among the wishes: the light is literally a little brighter (the beautiful table lamp on the table is too dim); there is no mirror in the dressing room, self-service in the nook reduces the degree, the height of the institution's class).

We had a rest in August in a hospitable hotel with a small company. We traveled to the cities of Belarus. We stayed for 2 nights. The place and the hotel itself are unique. Everything Is Unusual. The location is fabulous. People who work and make our holidays wonderful. The whole space is permeated with Love for the guests. From the Service to the cozy rooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Every little thing is a Story with meaning. Thank you so much for the joy in your magical hotel. Prosperity to the whole team. A wonderful and very stylish hotel. It is located in the forest, far from the noise of the city, but it is beautiful for its silence and comfort. Wonderful staff.
We rode bicycles from the hotel through the park. We ordered steaming in a barrel. Nice quiet pool.
We were ready for long breakfasts on the menu according to reviews, so we just enjoyed the views and taste of the dishes.

A place where you want to live, be and come back again and again, enjoying every minute of your stay in the magical Kronon! Your life is fabulously wonderful in winter and very atmospheric and warm in summer. Thank you for the care, attention and warmth that you give to your guests! Perfect. The service, the staff are good bunnies, the pool is small, but there is a counterflow, swim at least a hundred thousand km. The sauna is normal. The rooms are quiet, cozy, music. There are only two things that are not clear : 1. Why didn't the hotel residents get a discount at the restaurant (by the way, it's top) 2. The Siberian vat is not filled with any aromas or herbs, which is not normal, as it were. And so everything is cool, well done guys, everything is fine.

A small rational suggestion is to make sandwich options that you can take with you on the road! We were offered to take food in lunchboxes on the train, but we left early, the order was possible only from me for breakfast, and nothing from the breakfast menu fits on the train:)

We stayed for two days in Kronon and during this time we were able to disconnect the brain from the hustle and bustle of work and enjoy our stay. I liked everything: the service, the rich interior, the figurines and statues, the clean room, the bathroom, the insanely delicious food and the location of the hotel in the forest near the health trail, not far from the Neman. We did not find a tastier restaurant in Grodno than the Kronon restaurant) so we had lunch and dinner only at the hotel.
The breakfast menu is something separate, which is worth an additional comment, because you can eat even if you burst and the choice of breakfasts is not from three positions, but about 40, drinks, desserts - choose what you want and how much you want. It was the first time we met this) Borscht, steak, green salad and dessert "Cinderella" are worthy of a Michelin star. After cleaning, they leave a full bar, truffles and cookies with a postcard and a wish for a good rest. Very nice!
Upon departure, we were given water and cupcakes on the way, after that I want to come back here again and again.

Luxury vacation in a luxurious place 💯
I haven't seen such a high level of service in absolutely everything for a long time.
If you want to plunge into the atmosphere of sincerity and unobtrusive service, go here.
Rooms , reception, restaurant in the style of an ancient castle.
Breakfasts are a separate story, which I recommend to see with your own eyes.

The hotel is located in a very picturesque place, we traveled by car, so there were no problems with going to the city. The hotel has its own parking for guests.
I really liked the breakfast, not a buffet, but a la carte - choose from the menu, give it to the reception and in the morning they cook and bring it to you. We had breakfast at 8 a.m., there were no problems with the speed of service. The dishes are passable, there are all the usual options - there are many options for dishes with eggs, cheesecakes, yoghurts, cuts, juices and coffee tea
I really liked the bicycles for walking through the forest.
There were no problems with sound insulation, the neighbors were not heard. The room was clean, the water and compliments were updated every day - a trifle, but very nice :)

An incredible place! I traveled a lot in Europe and dreamed of finding a place based on the French castles in the post-Soviet space. The owners of Kronon succeeded at the highest level! Luxury, sophistication, and, at the same time, relaxed comfort - this place is a dream! Every detail has been thought out. The hospitality and professionalism of the people working at the hotel is also important. Thank you very much! A wonderful hotel. We got into it by accident, but were delighted, even stayed for another day. Everything in the hotel is designed in the same style, the interior is not pretentious, but expensive and tasteful. The rooms are spacious, everything you need is available, and you are greeted with a compliment, which is also very pleasant. A wonderful restaurant, a varied menu, delicious dishes. The hotel is at the highest level! The dishes for breakfast and other meals are awesome. The territory is well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive! The service is pleasant to the smallest detail: a compliment in the form of handmade truffle candies, refilling bottles of water and bath accessories every day, as well as changing towels, is above praise. Everything would be fine if it weren't for the speed (or lack thereof) of serving breakfast, which, by the way, was ordered the day before, just to save time. Judging by previous reviews, this problem was not only with us. For a very long time, the dishes are taken out and with long breaks. It is worth working on this issue, or removing the order service in advance.

The hotel is excellent, everything is very pleasant, located on the outskirts, but in the middle of the park, you can take a walk, relax from the city, it was very beautifully decorated, very tasty breakfasts, in the evenings there is a fireplace in the bar and the whole area is decorated with garlands (winter fairy tale). The pool is small, but because there are few rooms in the hotel, we swam alone and were alone in the sauna too. We will only stay in this hotel in Grodno!

One of the most comfortable hotels among those that we visited. Small, quiet, cute-really... The Provence style is maintained, there is its own small territory, but there is a forest, birds, squirrels around, you can go down to the Neman, take a walk. Getting to the center is no problem. There is a minibus for transfer. Breakfasts are ordered from the menu, a very beautiful restaurant, delicious food. Perfumes are good in the bathroom, fruits as a compliment in the room. The most gorgeous place in Grodno. The rooms are all different and insanely cozy. The wedding was celebrated here on July 30th. The menu is for every taste, the breakfasts are the most excellent, the children liked the cheesecakes and poached egg. The hotel is located inside the park, you can ride a bike or scooter, not far from the hotel (400 meters) there is a rope park, trails for both kids and older. Pine trees, greenery, clean air. Our wedding was organized by Anna (a hotel employee), with a low bow to her and all possible words of gratitude. Everything was organized with a soul and as we wanted, we would also like to highlight the work of Dmitry's manager, professionalism and lightning-fast reaction to the events taking place around. Thank you friends, we are delighted with our event and will come back to you again if we come to Grodno.

However, I didn't get that.
as soon as I arrived, approximately at 13:10 p.m., on 07/20, 6 waiters worked, where one of them was a trainee girl. There were a lot of tables available - 3 of the occupied tables.
as soon as I arrived, I asked for the menu from a girl who introduced herself as an intern, and received the answer "yes, okay, I will," after which I waited for the menu for 5-6 minutes. every waiter passing by me completely ignored me and said: "now", and someone did not "hear" at all, I waited for another 2-3 minutes. I had limited time, because I'm leaving very soon.
after a couple more minutes, a girl named Lisa came up and gave me the menu with an arrogant look - without a smile, without explaining the menu, without suggestions. She definitely didn't want to clarify anything.
I wanted dessert, but it turned out to be on another separate menu - I again had to wait until at least someone noticed me and came up again, because no one responded to my requests again - again, ignoring waiters passed by me, it was more important for them to run away as soon as no one touched them.
anyone else would have definitely already left with a burst of patience, but not me🙃
I believed that among all the waiters there would be an adequate one - it turned out to be Ilya, who explained everything and prompted, did not take long to wait.
despite the pleasant impression left by Ilya, I still wrote a review in the complaint book.
I sincerely do not understand the hype around this restaurant, except, of course, the beauty of this place. However, as for the restaurant itself and its service, he wishes to leave the best. I'm definitely not coming here. 😂

An incredible boutique hotel! If you haven't been there, then this place is worth a visit. Polite and attentive staff, insanely cozy rooms with lots of beautiful details and nuances! It's expensive, but it's worth it. Breakfast at Kronon is a separate story - it's the enjoyment of the interior, nature outside the window, and sooo delicious French omelet with truffle cheese, lightly salted salmon, the most delicate cheesecakes with strawberries and fragrant coffee!
And then a leisurely walk through the park, and in summer it's also bicycles!
If you are thinking about going or not, the answer is YES! It's love at first sight!!!❤

It could have been better. The hotel is in a great location. Outwardly, everything is good. Parking, charging for electric - also without complaints. But the food is a failure, as for me. It is clear that the cook wants to make a masterpiece, but in fact it is either too salty and tasteless. Expectations of dishes like in Italy. Why the order for the morning at a certain time is not very clear. The bar opposite pleasantly surprised. Well done. Well, the cherry on the cake is a fat cockroach in friends in the room. Maybe of course not local, I don't know)
In a deluxe room, an Ikea bed for a child is not an option. About mattresses, too, I will not keep silent. It's high time to change to good quality. The hotel requires renovation. Because for such a cost the second time is not the fact that we will come.

That's all good, you can even say, almost perfect: polite and attentive staff, beautifully decorated room, pre-order breakfasts with a choice of any dishes in any quantity, good cuisine and a pleasant interior in the restaurant, the location is actually in the middle of the forest, although a five-minute drive from the city, but ...
All the aesthetics of the interior of the room spoils a simple cheap tile on the walls in the bathroom and very mediocre sound insulation. There is water, fruits and cookies in the room every day, but there is no coffee maker or even a regular kettle. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is very small and has a single very compact sauna. I may be wrong, but there are only stairs to the second floor and there is no elevator (this may be important to some). Well, the price is somewhat shocking, because for about that money it is quite possible to relax the same number of days in Turkey or Egypt, and not on breakfast alone.
