When the car was under warranty...I passed the first ONE....on the second, the desire to go disappeared after the appeal.... at one point, the driver's seat began to creak terribly...I came to the service ... they say, look around ... in the end, the receptionist didn't care about anything...He worked his last day and quit...The director was running...driven away...They examined it...The director comes out and announces the verdict...Everything is great...type is the norm...I'm speechless...it turns out that the creaking that is heard when the radio is turned on is the norm...the main thing is to buy a car...Lay out your blood money....and all problems with cars are the norm...Ride with headphones on. I went to the repair shop to get a car...Everyone was talking with one voice there...a replacement seat...this is a warranty case....everyone was surprised, the repairmen were surprised....it seems to the leadership that everything is fine...I don't come here anymore!!!

There are no questions about the staff, they are polite, they explain everything, but the price tag for spare parts is overestimated by 2 times, and in some positions even by 5. The filter in the online store is 7 rubles, and for some reason they have 35. They impose unnecessary expensive repairs
