I've been buying everything I need here for many years! There was always a good product and for reasonable money. I recently came to get car oil and windshield washer fluid. The washer marked -20 was double the price of its counterpart, but I took it anyway. The next day it was -7 outside and she froze in the tubes. And even with a discount, the oil turned out to be 20 rubles (23.5%) more expensive than everywhere else. 🤷‍♂️ As for the rest, yes, the store is the best, but let there be such a review.

However, metal prices are sky-high, for example. Under warranty, money is repaired or refunded, sometimes 2 weeks, and sometimes 2 days. With consultants, if you're lucky. The store is great, but the attitude of the salesman-cashier from the 11th cashier wants to be the best. Today, on 12/29/24, the final day of discounts was, and we bought facade paint in 5 buckets of 15 kg each. She didn't like the fact that we didn't put the goods on the tape and she had to get up from her seat and go to the cart to "punch" the goods. She expressed her extreme dissatisfaction with the cart. Supposedly there are others, but we took this one. This was said by her, addressed to us, in a raised tone. Such rudeness at the checkout is unacceptable!!! The basic subordination of buyer and seller must be observed. I ask you to draw the attention of the administration to the work of this cashier and have a conversation. I hope in the future, if we have to meet her again at the checkout, we will not hear this kind of outrage.

In solving my question, I threw out the options, the manager thought about it and referred to the lack of assortment. No ready-made solution has been proposed. Well, except maybe to look elsewhere, which I did afterwards. 2. Today I made a purchase at the checkout without a single word at all! ) I go to the cashier, the seller sits and counts the proceeds (money). Realizing that this was important to her, I waited for her to finish. What did I expect? Well, for starters, that she would say hello. This is a minimum program. The program will thank me at most for not poking her with my purchase, but waiting for her to finish an important operation for her. But, unfortunately, neither the first nor the second happened. Next question: is there a bonus card? Well, if that's the case, I didn't answer, just waved my head - "no." Silently he took the check and silently left. That is, I made a purchase without a single word at all. A record? Perhaps an anti-record. It was the middle of the day, there were no customers.
