We turned to the recommendation, Anastasia came to us, very pleasant and attentive, showed everything, prompted and we decided on the design of the kitchen. We chose the classics (white). It was made quickly. The only drawback was during assembly, but it depends on the professionalism of the assembler, i.e. the assembly conditions were not met under the contract.

In the 23rd year, they ordered a kitchen. I was satisfied with everything from the initial communication to a detailed polite attitude to the little things. The designer listened and took into account all our wishes! The development of the kitchen project took place immediately on the day of the appeal!!! The kitchen was delivered and assembled by the company's specialists as soon as possible!
During installation, minor problems with the facades turned out, a specialist from the complaint department arrived and agreed to completely dismantle them and install new ones for free!!!!! We obviously did not expect such an attitude. Thank you for your hard work, thank you for the consistently high quality!

I am writing a review after several months of using the kitchen.
I can confidently recommend this company. They work clearly, solve tasks quickly, and help determine the design and convenient location of equipment.
I liked the work of designer Anastasia and assembler Nikolai.
The kitchen is made of MDF, the countertop is made of a compact plate. It looks stylish and expensive. And the price turned out to be more profitable than other companies. I compared several companies before deciding on a choice.

We ordered the kitchen in the spring of 2024. I was pleased with the well-coordinated work of the team, professionalism and speed - despite the May weekend, I received the kitchen on time and spent the first week of summer in a new kitchen! The space has become more thoughtful, not a single centimeter is used in vain! Special thanks for thinking through access to the meters and hiding the gas pipes. The room has become more spacious and bright, cooking and spending time in the kitchen is a pleasure! We were very satisfied, we will recommend it.

I was very disappointed in this organization. The kitchen is beautiful, the price is quite adequate. But the service is mediocre. The kitchen is only 3 meters long, while the number of joints is off the scale:
1. the backlight was not reported for the showcase (and they could not take it for a week).
2. the bottom was not reported to one locker
3. the shelf for the cabinet with a hood was not made correctly, but a simple white board was brought to replace it
4. the countertop was brought the wrong one
5. put 6 hinges without closers
7. once they promised to bring the parts from 11 to 13, they were delivered only by 16.
The issues were all resolved slowly and very disregard for the customers.
8. Communication is not entirely clear ... who should have been contacted if there were problems.
In response to my complaints, it was said: "well, you understand, we have individual kitchens, there are shoals everywhere, we have a steam in our production." It's kind of rude....
The only plus is that they brought her 10 working days faster.
And plus, the collector Vladimir is a pleasant person, collects carefully, but because of so many problems it turned out slowly.
As a result: the kitchen was assembled within 6 working days. Within the framework of the agreement, of course, we met. But in fact, it could be assembled in 3 days!
The kitchen turned out to be beautiful.

It has been 1.5 years since we installed the kitchen.
It is difficult to list all the many things that went wrong, so only the main ones:
1. we started assembling the kitchen in September, finished in November, because:
- most of the painted facades had to be repainted (the paint is at least 2 weeks of waiting, it was handed over several times)
- the countertop came the wrong way
- some of the parts did not fit during the assembly process, and one detail in the paint was not made in principle and had to wait until it was done
2. at the stage of discussing the project, a lot of details were not discussed, which surfaced later and which we, as non-specialists, could not think about ourselves in advance, some of them could not be fixed and they bother my eyes every day
3. the company claims that it works with all materials, but! when the question arose that some of the painted facades remained in places with scratches or unpainted areas (as seen in the photo), I was told that they would not be able to paint perfectly. then why position yourself in this way, especially since painted facades are quite expensive 🤷♀️
In general, it's a pity that I came across them when they didn't have reviews here and on Google maps yet, because judging by them, this company is a real lottery and we lost a lot in it.

Designer Natalia, 200 out of 100! Such professionalism, attention to detail, sense of style and service: I haven't seen it during the entire renovation. The kitchen project was non-standard and small, and there was also a large double cabinet with a built-in refrigerator. There are a lot of details and things that I would not have thought about, but she suggested and clarified everything. Great ideas on the appearance and practicality of furniture. Very friendly and stress-resistant :) The result: beautiful and high-quality furniture that everyone is delighted with!

It is not the most pleasant communication experience, since the price-quality ratio does not match the prices that you are being offered. The attitude towards the client is as careless as possible, if you want to get a kitchen = solve all the issues yourself, no one knows anything, complete incompetence. An endless shift in deadlines, delivery adjusts to itself, not to you, not the entire order was brought during delivery, no one knows why and how, empty excuses and again an extension of deadlines. The quality of the material is worse than ever, it is unrealistic to find a completely perfect element, there are chips all over, the processing of the slices is terrible. The collector (the only person who does his job and is able to solve issues, although these are not his problems) was not notified of incomplete delivery of the order, so he could not assemble the entire kitchen at once = again, extension of deadlines and waiting for delivery. The kitchen was ordered in mid-August and commissioned at the end of October.

We did repairs in a new building and turned to different companies and sole proprietors for the manufacture of cabinets, stretching ceilings, installing doors, etc. And of all the companies, these are the ONLY professionals in their field who came to take measurements, worked out the project for the existing equipment, adjusted to all the whims, always called up and clarified all the nuances. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the company except for their advertising.
We assembled the kitchen for more than a month, despite the fact that my wife works remotely and there was always access to the apartment.
Most of the parts were chipped at the edge (see photo), they said "probably the saws were blunted in production, you can paint them over." Then why did you never pay attention to this in the production itself and during the assembly process?
Even the facade with a chip in the center was brought 🤦🏻♂️
The side panel, which should be right next to the wall, did not fit at all, while we still had to pay for it, because "we made it for you and brought it, and the fact that it did not fit - we are not to blame."
When creating the project, they clarified whether everything was fine with our sockets, whether something needed to be transferred, the designer tried everything on and said yes, OK. As a result, the outlet for the hood turned out to be behind the cabinet and the collector had to additionally remove it to the duct area.
And this is not the whole list of things that were poorly done and assembled. We will never come here for anything again.%

I ordered the kitchen in the summer of 2022. The designer drew up several variants of the design project, helped determine the materials and colors. They were manufactured and delivered on time, the installer worked carefully. In general, I was satisfied with the work and the kitchen.
Of the disadvantages, I note that when measuring, the designer said that it might be necessary to move the outlet for the oven, that when the technique is selected, she will tell you exactly whether it is necessary or not. I then asked if something needed to be done with the outlet, they replied that it was not. As a result, during installation, we had to urgently look for an electrician and resolve the issue of transfer.

I ordered the kitchen in connection with the purchase of an apartment and renovation. Designer Yana listened attentively to me, made the necessary measurements, introduced me to the materials and immediately sketched a sketch of the kitchen.
Visualization, technical project were ready within a week. Despite all the technical difficulties and limited space (Khrushchev), all my wishes were taken into account. The implementation exceeded my expectations. Everything is exactly as I wanted and even better. I was pleased not only with the high-quality and timely execution of work, but also with the high level of service. Yana was in touch 24/7, not a single question remained unanswered. I thank the team and especially Yana for the fact that now I am happy to cook in the kitchen of my dreams!!!

The kitchen should be better in quality for the use of the year..The seams on the computer are diverging, the shelves began to deform, gaps appeared.. for 7000k. It's better not to get involved. Ordered a kitchen. Designer Yana is not competent in all matters at all. The kitchen was delayed for 2 weeks without warning.so then 1 installer arrived, we thought for 2 days and that's it. I installed it for 4 days. So then the countertop and the skin on the wall that is glued had to wait another 2 weeks. We were outraged that it took so long . If it had been agreed in advance, it would not have been so painful. But we got through to the director of the company and brought him for the 4th or 5th day. But how much it cost nerves is all. Moreover, I called Yana at the kitchen installer and clarified how much the kitchen would be installed, she answered for 2 days, she is small, the installer heard everything and answered for 4 5 days exactly. I do not recommend it!!!!! As a result, the kitchen is good, I like everything so far. But you have to adjust everything yourself. They don't move.

При выборе компании по изготовлению кухни, очень надеялась, что все пройдет успешно и проблемы со сроками и качеством выполнения нас обойдут стороной. Но нет. Даже учитывая тот факт, что кухня была готова раньше указанной даты и мне казалось, что сотрудники были заинтересованы все выполнить раньше указанного срока. Но что-то пошло не так.
Немного о проблемах с которыми мы столкнулись:
- неправильно были выполнены замеры
- из-за неправильных замеров необходимо было переделывать фасады, что отсрочило полноценную установку;
- не предупредили о том, что столешница устанавливается позже, но для нас этот момент был важен;
- отверстия в столешнице под раковину, кран и плиту первоначально сделали не учитывая дизайн кухни. Соответсвенно нужно было переделывать и опять сроки сдвинулись..
- монтажники несколько раз переносили даты, тем самым мы вынуждены были переносить свои дела, но самое грустное, что в итоге они могли не приехать в назначенный день и не предупредить об этом;
- посредственное решение возникающих вопросов.
Но несмотря на эти минусы, хотела бы отметить качество самой кухни и проделанную работу монтажниками (теми самыми, которые не всегда вовремя приезжали). Здесь действительно вопросов не возникло🔥
Я очень бы хотела написать абсолютно другой отзыв, так как до сих пор верю в добросовестных подрядчиков и в то, что есть компании, которые топят за профессионализм на всех этапах. И если где-то совершили ошибку, то достойно принимают это и делают все возможное, чтобы исправить и сохранить веру в их продукт.
Поэтому хочу пожелать, чтобы Кухни Черри обратили внимание на свои слабые стороны, чтобы в дальнейшем все заказчики оставались довольны. ✌️
