We celebrated a friend's birthday in this institution, the atmosphere is good, cozy enough, the waiters are polite, the food leaves much to be desired, most of the snacks are not tasty, table setting is a separate kind of art, plates should be changed, huge take up a lot of space, but in fact there is little food on them. This is not the first time we have been relaxing with friends and family at the Kitchen cafe. It's cozy and delicious at home. Very nice staff, polite. The quality of the dishes is admirable, especially the Kiev cutlet, pizza, etc.Live music, good parking. The prices are very satisfactory. In the future, we will travel to this cafe from Minsk. A very pleasant, atmospheric place, with a modern design and an unusual romantic interior, created especially for February 14th. We were invited to an anniversary celebration, and so many hearts were very welcome for our friend on her day.
Special thanks for the beautiful presentation of the dishes, everything was ordered in advance. Appetizers, salads, very tasty bruschettas, hot dishes, and judging by the number of dishes on our table, there is always plenty to choose from on the menu. Special thanks to the waiters, who offered to try everything very appetizingly, especially the specialties and shared the information that on normal days you can always order pizza here, and even master classes on pizza preparation are held for children.
I don't know how often or if it's related to the holidays, but it was on our evening that there was live music, so we talked and sang and danced, everything was very cool!

We were at the Kitchen cafe with my husband for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere is wonderful, the hall and tables are nicely decorated, live music throughout the evening, delicious food and drinks, very polite and attentive waiters. Everything is done with the soul!

4 - ) - most likely there are no permanent CHEFS!!! Cooking differs from time to time. The same dish a week later is radically different.
5 - ) - Musical accompaniment on Saturdays raises questions. It depends on the invited "star" and her mood.
6- ) - the time of musical accompaniment from 19 to about 23 on Saturday for banquets is just scanty

We arrived when, according to the administrator, all the seats were booked, there were handwritten time signs on the tables, we offered to sit at the bar until a seat was available, to which we were told that you would be waiting a very long time. We left and called back half an hour later and asked if there were any available seats, they replied that there were none and they would be available only by 11, although it was 7:30, I said I would call back in half an hour, to which they replied well with dissatisfaction. After the call, half an hour later, they said there was a free place, as a result, they sat in the aisle, although there was a free sofa next to it, plus there was a comfortable table next to it on which the reservation was written at 18:00, I asked how it could be that we were waiting for more than an hour, even offered to sit at the bar, and at 20:00 and you You're waiting 2 hours for a client with a reservation, well, it's just ridiculous. We could have already sat down and left during this time, considering that we came for the first time around 18:00. As we concluded later, given that the entire hall is serviced by only two people, the kitchen or two employees in the hall may not have been able to cope, so they did not take new customers and left reservations, although the customers did not come in order to reduce the workload. I have no complaints about the staff of the institution, perhaps it was really necessary to add at least one waiter for the influx of customers, this is a question for the management of the institution. But neither the staff nor the management are fighting for the client in any way, but on the contrary created an obstacle to visiting the institution. It's unpleasant!After a long argument, we finally sat down at a normal table, ordering what would be prepared the fastest, but we repeatedly repeated that it would take a long time to wait for food.
2. After the renovation, prices in the establishment increased significantly, slightly below the cost of a cafe in the city, while the service did not increase from the word in any way. The staff still lacks any kind of uniform.
3. It is not clear who the live music in the cafe is designed for, because it is for a contingent of 45+, but people of different ages visit the institution, and it feels like a party of the 90s, even in the hearth cafe in Borovlyany, old-school and modern songs somehow alternate.
4. The average pizza cost 23 rubles, but it didn't look very presentable.
From the good: when the gym was unloaded, the girl brought a package with valentines, it was nice. We did a good repair, finally, not shabby walls and whole sofas.
Nice receptionist girl, blonde has been working for a long time.
The menu range has increased.
Conclusion: hire two attentive waiters and one customer-oriented administrator, give them a comfortable uniform and change the musical repertoire and everything will be top!

We were celebrating a New Year's Eve corporate party in the Kitchen. There were a lot of people. There's nowhere to dance. Santa Claus came for 20 minutes and drove off into the fog. The food is tasteless. I really didn't like the baked pork. She was tough. The tables are poor. We sat down at the tables at 18.00, and at 21.40 there was nothing to eat. The tables were empty- and this was at the rate of 120 rubles per person. I do not recommend it!

The dinners are not delicious (there were 2 times). It's nice and cozy in the evening, but they cook for a very long time. The set from the Oktoberfest menu was waited for an hour, in the end it was brought, everything was greasy and some kind of uncooked, the breaded squid was generally raw. It feels like they forgot about us and hastily made this set (although there were only 4-5 tables that evening), they didn't even finish eating. The only thing that smoothed out the evening was the pizzas, I really liked them.

This is the third time I've given this place a chance, and every time I regret it. Carbonara, performed by the chef, is unleavened spaghetti in cream with half-baked ham and a whole egg on top. The dish does not match the name of the word at all. The waiters don't clean the tables, I wiped my table with a napkin myself. The coffee arrived before it was hot, which is nonsense. Usually the waiter clarifies such things. In general, there is no service at all, the kitchen is two. All the time they were in the establishment, the staff watched the series on the screen, they were not up to the guests. The owner of the establishment would like to think about improving the quality of service, since all my friends who live in the area like me refuse to go to this cafe.

One soup from the lunch can be carried for 15 minutes and brought cold, because they forgot to warm it. There is usually not much time for lunch and you want to eat quickly, but in this institution it has become impossible. This is a rather sad fact for the inhabitants of the nearest business centers, because before this place was a mecca for a quick, inexpensive and good lunch, but now it can take up to half an hour to wait for at least one dish (lunch menu!) The quality of the dishes has also deteriorated. Disappointed. I recommend that the owners of the institution review the number of working staff
