On a cold winter day, I stood at the tram stop next to this delicatessen. I was very cold and came here to get a little warm, stood at the door so as not to block the way, huddled in a corner. She was cleanly and neatly dressed, turned away towards the glass, did not look at anyone. So no, I interrupted one harsh worker-she came up to me and said with an unpleasant intonation that she couldn't stand here. Nowhere else that day was I sent away like here.
