I will leave my review after an unpleasant experience in an institution located in the Zarko shopping center (Gomel). On March 21, at 16:43, we purchased sushi with two checks for a total amount of 63.40 rubles. The order includes: Philadelphia, Sesame Seeds, Baked with tuna and Bonito.
Let's start with the service — it was disgusting. There was a girl behind the cash register who answered any questions rudely and with a displeased look. When they asked which of the rolls were baked, they heard a boorish: "everything is in front of you...". Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the troubles didn't end there. At home, it turned out that absolutely all the rolls were falling apart, holding their shape very badly — it was impossible to eat them normally. The taste is not bad, but the overall impression is completely ruined.
We have sent a detailed letter to the administration of the institution with a description of the situation and a photo/video to confirm it. However, there was no reaction. The management didn't even bother to get in touch, let alone try to somehow resolve the situation.
From this we draw a simple conclusion: customers are not valued here. The quality of the product and the level of service are ignored. There is no desire to return and we will not advise others.

We ordered pickup , came to pick it up in 30 minutes, they told us that they didn't take it away , called the operator , said there was a glitch on the site , now everything will be fixed , after 15 minutes we go to the cashier, they rudely answer that there is nothing , then they dialed the operator again , he couldn't answer anything and after the cashier called through I'm freaking out, I decided to cancel the order through the operator. They insulted me , wasted an hour of time , ruined my mood , and the money still hasn 't come for the order !!! I hope the management sees this review and puts things in order!!!

I took the coffee, it turned out to be not tasty at all, sushi was brought 2 hours later, with a small workload and nothing was even reported that I would have to wait so long... And of course, while these sushi were rolling, they turned into tortillas. I risked ordering French fries, then all evening I feel sick of everyone who ate it with me and I don't order anything else here.
