Novopolotsk is an amazing city! This is a city where there are no old and dilapidated wooden houses. It's almost all brick. Very clean and very beautiful. Wonderful people live there, kind, sensitive, responsive.
The main street is Molodezhnaya, laid parallel to the Western Dvina. It starts almost from Polotsk and stretches along the Western Dvina for 15 km.The transport system is well established. I recommend the hotel Belarus, located on the central square opposite the city executive committee and not far from the Naftan House of Culture, museum, art gallery, which regularly changes the exposition with a wide variety of topics. I really liked Novopolotsk.
