We contacted you about replacing the faucet in the kitchen. Before arriving, the time was agreed with us, the employees arrived on time. Everything was replaced quickly. We were also given a sheet with a guarantee for the work performed. It's been about a month since the replacement, everything is fine with the faucet, it's not dripping anymore. I left a request on the website on 09/26/2024. I received a message that the operator will contact me within 30 minutes. More than a day has passed. No call, no message. Customer focus is below zero.
09/27/2024 I got through, they said that they do not perform this kind of work, despite the fact that they are listed on the site.
But even if you don't, call and tell me.
