In hot weather, most animals hide - it is better to choose cooler days. Ultra-high prices for everything from water to souvenirs. There are many interesting playgrounds in the park, but some of them are severely neglected and even unsafe.

It gets sadder every year. Part of the territory is closed for reconstruction and repair, the appearance and condition of the animals leaves much to be desired. The enclosures are in even worse condition, everything is overgrown so much that the animals are not comfortable not only moving around but also being there. The unfortunate birds fly along two branches, because the ground is overgrown with more than a meter in height, there are also a lot of cracked glasses that are simply glued with patterns, squalor. It's not an understandable joke with toilets, in addition to the old ones at the very ends of the territory, new ones have appeared, closer, but paid (5 UAH), what do you mean? In general, the "reconstruction" will go on until all the money is washed off, and the animals will remain as they lived in squalid cages, for that the central entrance will be "beautiful" (if the repair is completed)

100 hryvnia at today's exchange rate to the ruble is about 300 rubles, while the entrance to the Moscow zoo is 6oo rubles, twice as expensive!!!

There is ruin all around, some unfinished buildings. Most of the enclosures are not signed. An additional review of a dozen reptiles costs another 20 hryvnia. The primates are in terrible cages, the gorilla is not visible at all behind a double layer of black bars.
