The most popular sources of Abkhazia. Overall, it's nice here. There are three levels of pools -super hot, medium temperature and human body temperature. There is a pit with therapeutic mud on the territory, and pipes are located around the perimeter, from where jets of thermal water flow. You can stand / lie down/ sit under these jets, a la massage, but it's difficult to get in, because it's always busy. :D Why do I give 4 stars? Very doubtful about the cleanliness. Although the guide told me that the pools are drained and cleaned, it's hard to believe. The algae layers speak for themselves. Entrance to the territory is paid (well, that's understandable), there are snack bars and souvenir shops on the territory (everything is OK here too) and there is a toilet, which is also paid (although in Abkhazia all toilets are paid, even though the price is only 30 rubles, but what is there to pay for?I'm sorry, for the holes in the floor?). If you are going to the springs with an excursion, then they give you an hour or an hour and a half for all your business. The springs can be reached by public transport. The advantage of going with an excursion is that you will be guided without waiting in line. P.S.: there are few photos, since we still went on wellness swims in the thermal springs :D

I liked it! The weather was wonderful in April, +19, there weren't many people at 17h, it was clean, everything was organized for a comfortable stay. I felt a pleasant effect after the Jacuzzi and pools. If there were such a place near Gagra, I would visit it more often, but it's a 2-hour drive in one direction, it's a long way. Take your flip-flops and bathing accessories.

A great place for relaxing holidays and wellness. Very cozy and clean area, polite and friendly staff. Special thanks for the cleanliness and order. The water is therapeutic, there are four pools with different temperatures for every taste and condition. It was especially good in cold rainy weather. I definitely recommend it!

I really liked it, it was 3 years ago, there is something to compare it with, the hot spring was just upset and transformed. Lots of places for things, four hot springs, one cold pool, barrels of cold water too. The mud bath has become much bigger, there are a lot of massage tubes, which is a huge plus for this place. The only drawback, but in my opinion, this is a fast food zone. It's not clear why you can't buy a cheburek in a swimsuit, because we don't go beyond the source. This is not a store or a restaurant, and people could be allowed in a swimsuit.

It is especially beautiful here from late autumn to spring, when the ambient temperature is no higher than +15. The coolness around and the hot springs are a perfect combination. Be sure to bring slates on your feet to navigate the paths from one pool to another, or to reach the mud, which you can spread and improve your health. Girls, keep in mind that the mud is quite greasy and does not detach well from swimsuits - I do not advise you to take your favorites if you plan mud treatments. You can change clothes in the cabins, things are hung right on the street next to the pools there are canopies with benches and hooks for clothes. There is a paid toilet on site, so take some small money. There are storage rooms for valuables. Tea, pastries and other beverages are sold on site. In winter, the locals offer tangerines and tangerine juice. In general, it is a very pleasant place, if it is not the peak of the season, when tourists are taken by buses and children splash in the pools, raising fountains of spray.

A good thermal spring. The cost is 300 rubles, the time is unlimited. There are several pools with different water temperatures. There is a hot temperature, 40 degrees, warm and cool. There are also separate small pools with cold water from the well, 80 meters deep. The territory is well maintained, there are changing rooms in sufficient quantity. Toilets. Cafe area, smoking area. There is a clay plot on the territory, you can coat yourself. There is also a hydro massage area near the pools, warm water of different pressure gushing from a height. The disadvantages would include the lack of shower stalls, for rinsing after thermal pools, because the water is hydrogen sulfide and it would be great to rinse. Although there are two barrels of cool fresh water among the pools and you can pour it out of the bucket, but someone is always sitting in the barrels 🤷♀️ The thermal spring itself is located near the sea, 200 meters away, there is a juniper grove on the shore, the air is clean, the sea was not very good, besides, the coastal area was flooded with jellyfish. There is a village nearby and the locals keep buffaloes as livestock, so don't be alarmed if you see them. I recommend you to visit!

Thermal springs, especially in winter, when the air temperature is +12-15 degrees, are a great feeling! Admission to the springs is 300 rubles per person. Before entering, you can buy tangerines, lemons, persimmons, etc. The complex has 4 pools with water of different temperatures, from hot to slightly warm, for lovers of contrast there are barrels with running cold water. For hydro massage, there is a zone where the thermal water from the pipes falls from a height and you can substitute various parts of the body. Changing rooms are located next to the pools, next to changing rooms. There is a place where you can smear the body with healing mud. There are tents on the territory of the complex where you can have a snack, mulled wine, tea and other drinks. I recommend visiting the thermal springs!

The Kyndyg hot thermal springs in Abkhazia are a real treasure hidden among the picturesque nature. This place impresses with its unusual atmosphere and healing properties. The springs themselves are located in the open air, which is especially pleasant, since you can swim in hot pools surrounded by greenery and mountains. The water here is rich in minerals, and its properties have a beneficial effect on the skin and the general condition of the body. There are several pools with different water temperatures, which allows you to choose the best option, and mud baths, which are considered especially useful for the skin and joints. The springs themselves are well equipped: comfortable recreation areas, changing rooms, small cafes – everything for a comfortable stay. In addition, there is enough space for everyone, and even in high season you can find your own cozy corner.

A place of entertainment and treatment. Changing rooms are equipped. Pools of different temperatures. There is also mud treatment. The only drawback is that you have to change clothes outdoors. It's not always comfortable in winter. But it's affordable. Due to the excessive popularity, it is better to go here in the morning or closer to closing time.

Thermal spring. There are three pools with different temperatures, as well as places for hydro massage and mud baths. Be careful, thermal baths are still a therapeutic procedure, and any medicine in large quantities is harmful. So no enthusiasm. We will definitely stop by, but there are not many good things.

Very nice thermal baths. The weather was bad during our vacation, so we got wet there every other day. It really brightened up our vacation! Clean pools, their convenient location, the opportunity to cool off with ice water from a well, massage "waterfalls", mud for spreading and improving the health of those who wish)), toilets. There is everything . I recommend it!

I love this place only out of season. I rent a car at the border, although minibuses come here from the station. Comfortable. Admission is 300 rubles. The cost has not changed for several years. Special thanks for that. In Gagra, a hydrogen sulfide bath costs 600 rubles at the Balneological Center. I brought a swimsuit, slippers, a towel and a thermos with tea. If you add thyme or lime to it... I don't eat there. It was a sad experience. Tea, coffee - the price is like in good restaurants in Abkhazia. Therefore, take it with you! Of course, maybe something delicious has already appeared there, the last time I ate there was about three years ago. About the source itself - three pools of different temperatures, hydro massage, mud further along the territory. I don't smear dirt here. I don't like this ditch. It's well done in Primorsky. A pebble-lined pool. The mud is clean without pebbles and grass. I've never smeared myself here, although I've been there 20 times. By the way, new benches with awnings have been built since last year, but I don't think there are enough places in the season anyway. The toilet is paid for. The absurdity) It bothers me, because I think some economists relieve themselves in pools.

This is my favorite place near Sukhumi. It's especially cool to visit it in autumn and winter when it's cool outside - and you can get into a warm pool with some water. I am very pleased that the conditions at the springs are improving from year to year, and the territory is being equipped. There you can: lie in a pool with very hot and moderately warm water with hydrogen sulfide (if I know correctly), smear yourself with clay, stand under strong pressure of natural water - this is the coolest thing - especially on the back and lower back - and then, as if in a fairy tale, a Humpbacked Horse - get younger by 20 years)) I advise you to visit and diversify your vacation in Sukhumi. The price is 300 rubles - and it's worth it.

I love Abkhazia, the year 2025 was celebrated there. It was probably my tenth time :) Traditionally, Kyndig is one of the main locations in the land of the soul. We love it very much, and lately it's been nice to see how the place is changing for the better - you can feel the presence of civilization, many tents with delicious food and souvenirs have opened, there is wi-fi. Four pools with different temperatures: like a hot tub (I think it's about 40 degrees of water), a second pool with warm, comfortable water (deep enough), and 2 more cooler pools. There is also clay (where to go without it :) and a Charcot shower. All in all, it's a great place to relax and unwind with a glass of mulled wine, especially in winter. But be prepared that after the procedures you will really want to sleep) Calculate your strength. I definitely recommend you to visit!) Especially appreciated by those who are in Abkhazia for the first time)

This is an amazing place that is worth visiting at least once. The geyser is accessible to everyone: you can watch the hot water gushing out of the ground for free. Pools with different water temperatures are available for those who want to swim. The cost of the visit is 300 rubles per person. There is no time limit, but doctors recommend swimming for no more than 10 minutes. There is a stand next to the cash register with information about the healing properties of water and recommendations. I visited this place for the first time in 2019 and now, in 2025, I was pleasantly surprised. The territory is constantly developing: new paths, changing rooms and changing booths are appearing. However, there are disadvantages: you have to pay for using the toilet separately, and there are no lockers for storing things. Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit. The territory is well maintained, everything is clean. There are cafes and souvenir shops.

An amazing wellness place. Nature heals us. I've been there twice already and I hope it won't be the last. It is best to drive in winter, it is very hot in summer. Bathing in hot mineral water and hydro massage is just a miracle. It is necessary to increase the cost of visiting to improve and enlarge this place. 300 rubles from year to year, this is very little, of course I am surprised that the cost of visiting does not get more expensive. For development, it is necessary to raise the cost, at least once a year.

It's a very beautiful place, especially in winter. Warm water amidst the frosty freshness. There are powerful jets for massage, pools of different temperatures, in a word - a great place to relax for a couple of hours. There are medicinal mud, but in winter it seemed cold to smear them on the street. But many went and were satisfied.

I have been going to the source since 2012, the organizers are certainly doing well for recreation and treatment. Every year they continue to improve and decorate this place. This year, the sunbeds were changed under the jets of the hydro massage (but the boards on the sunbeds were not processed, they were simply sawn and screwed, the edges were not rounded, the chamfers were removed at least with a plane. It is not pleasant to crash into the body) The time of stay is recommended less and less. They reduce it every year. From half an hour to 5 minutes. And this is all to spend more excursions. The owners became very greedy. On the contrary, the price rises and rises every year. It's like they're heating it up themselves. I understand when I came with an excursion, you can pay 300 rubles once, but if it takes 7-10 days, it's already expensive. Come up with some kind of visiting subscriptions. Once 500 rubles, three times 300, five visits 250, 10 - 200 rubles each.

Several pools Went on an excursion from the city of Pitsunda - the road is quite long, the springs are located 30 km from Sukhum. Admission for adults costs 300 rubles, for children under 6 years old — free of charge. Boiling water from the well is fed into the pools through pipes and cools down to 35-45 ° C on the way. For those who want to cool off, there are barrels of cold water on the territory of the baths. A hydro massage shower, from the gutters of which powerful jets of thermal water fall. There are mud lakes on the territory of both thermal complexes, from where visitors take therapeutic mud. Tourists smear themselves from head to toe and relax in the sun while the mud dries. Wash off the dirt under the hydromassage jets. The water of the springs is siliceous chloride calcium-sodium. It contains silicon, useful for the skin, sulfur — for joints, magnesium, potassium, sodium — for the heart, bromine — for peace of mind. The main indications for its use are: diseases of the heart and blood vessels, problems of the musculoskeletal system, diseases of the nervous system, diseases of the skin, genitourinary system and gastrointestinal tract, as well as the effects of radiation exposure and radiation sickness. Hydrogen sulfide waters are also useful for healthy people: they prevent the development of many diseases and generally strengthen the immune system. Experts recommend staying in a hydrogen sulfide pool for no longer than 15-20 minutes at a time and doing no more than three dives a day with breaks of 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to lie under the jets of the hydromassage shower for up to 5 minutes. A single visit to thermal springs also benefits the body: after swimming pools, hydro massage and mud baths, a person comes out refreshed and full of energy, looks younger, feels calmer and sleeps well.

The spring itself is very interesting, with three pools with different water temperatures. One big THING: everything is done crookedly, at the bazaar level. Half of the pipes drawn from the source are honestly hanging, bent and not working. There are some stalls selling everything and everything, shops with shawarma and other stuff, there is no shower, there is a toilet on the territory, the entrance to which costs 300 rubles, is also paid. It's just game, there's no owner, just pumping out money. But it was possible to do everything culturally in the image and likeness of the thermal lake Heviz in Hungary and there would be no price for the source.

We visited this place in December. It was +5 degrees outside. There is a natural spring here, as well as several pools with water of different temperatures — from hot to cool. You can also use a muddy place and apply dirt to your skin. After visiting the pools, the skin does not become dry, there is a smell of hydrogen sulfide. In cool weather, it is especially pleasant to enjoy the warmth of the pools. We enjoyed lying under the jets of water falling from the spring from above. There are benches downstairs, and the massage here is just great.

You need to come to the thermal springs in Kyndyk for at least 3 days. Only then will it be possible to talk about the effect. After the thermal springs, you need to take care. Don't catch a cold. Therefore, it is better for summer residents to travel after the summer season closes. I really liked the sources. Pools with different temperatures. Healing water is poured from above, you can substitute different parts of the body. They didn't risk their backs. But the arms and legs, you can. It is very important to take baths or mud baths for no more than 15 minutes. Since we lived nearby, we came early until vacationers from all over Abkhazia arrived. I recommend going to the thermal springs every year. The earth itself gives us strength and health in the form of healing water and mud.

All in all, a great place! I didn't walk in the mud, and the waterfalls and pools are super! But there are nuances: 1. Paid toilet on site. Everyone is bathing and then they need to go to the toilet, and there is a 10₽ entrance. And everyone has change in a special pocket on their trunks... yeah. Well, one or two people run off for change, and the rest go to the pool! 🤬🤬🤬 You cannot use a paid toilet at a paid entrance! 2. There is a blunt pizza knife in the Swallow Cafe. It breaks in the wrong place. It is not convenient to eat. 3. A MAZ truck constantly cruises past the cafe, which feeds diesel fuel to all guests of the cafe. 4. It's slippery near the barrels. I saw children and adults falling.

Everything would be fine, but not for tourists from Russia. By the time you get there, every traffic cop stops and tries to take away your rights, for anything, referring to the fact that their rights are taken away with every violation... I have to pay off. Therefore, until you get there, the mood is at zero... The place is good, but there is no service and you have to pay for everything. For the traffic cops, for Parking the car (and where is the free Parking???), for the entrance, and for the toilet on the territory (and where is the necessary sanminium?), where is the shower to rinse off after mineralization??? In general, if you go consciously, then there are too many allowances, the locals seem to have completely forgotten what hospitality is and have blinded themselves with rubles... A very well-known hydrogen sulfide spring on tourist routes (it is for tourists that water is diluted with plain water ) . Four pools with different temperatures, a lot of pipes with falling water for hydro massage, slightly away from the mud.All this is very popular and people are brought here not only from hotels in Abkhazia, but also from Sochi. I recommend come here in cool weather (not in the heat). Entrance ticket 300 for adults, 200 for children (April 25) is sometimes included in the price of the tour. The entrance area has commerce, water, souvenirs, fruits, and some food. The star was shot for a fairly simple area of changing clothes and storing clothes. Well, in conclusion, for those who want to share, I would advise you on simpler and more natural options - mud in Escher, Babushary and other places, because there is a water outlet in the Sukhum area in different places.

There are three reservoirs - one is decently hot, the second is colder, the third is with the most optimal temperature (but who knows). It is not recommended for cancer, with chronic diseases, only a doctor's consultation- but no one forbids anything right there in this place. The reservoirs are deep, I am of average height and I was up to my neck, of course, a circle or a vest is better for children. Smearing mud is fun, washing it off is even more fun - there is a jet from a great height - it is necessary to wash off the mud with it. Overall , I liked everything 👍

Everything is very neglected! Dirty pools that have not been washed since the opening day. The woman who charges only in cash does not explain in any way where to go, what can and cannot be done on the territory, they do not issue any tickets. The price is not cheap! There is also a toilet on site near the pools, but you will have to run for cash if you need to, because it is also paid. Very disrespectful attitude towards tourists. None of the staff greets or explains anything. As we wrote earlier, it's worth going to the urn with steers by the toilet and lighting a cigarette, as a policeman immediately runs out and fines 1,000 rubles. It feels like they're setting traps on purpose. There is an urn with steers, where the staff of the local cafe smokes, and accordingly it feels like you can smoke. But in reality, they are fined and they talk rudely. The police are behaving abominably. In general, they live one day- to grab from Russian tourists for the season and that's it. And then- be what it will be(((. I do not advise until they learn how to clean up, treat tourists with respect, and not set traps to rob)))
