We spent one night in this hotel, after we were refused a room we had booked in another hotel, settling in this one. The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the twin gates of the old town. It is located on the third floor of an apartment building without an elevator. Since the house was built in Stalin with high ceilings, it is possible to climb to the fifth floor of a standard high-rise building. The hotel has been in need of major repairs for a long time. Everything was killed: furniture, plumbing, and electrics. There were cracks in the windows, in our room the window looked out onto a narrow courtyard, and literally at arm's length was the window of the apartment building opposite. The air conditioner is breathing hard, the taps and shower partition in the bathroom are covered with rust spots, the beds are sagging. When we arrived for breakfast, which was included in our room rate, there were only a few sausages and four boiled eggs left. In summary, I will say that you can stay at this hotel only if you are not afraid of the spartan conditions and the cost of accommodation will be comparable to the price of an inexpensive hostel.

It does not correspond to what is stated in the application, it is located in the center in old communal apartments converted into a hostel, why did they suddenly decide to call it a hotel, I do not know, the corridors are narrow, the rooms are 20 kv instead of the declared 35 kv, plus they did not want to give us a passport after we refused to book and did not agree to pay!!!!! Our armor also had a view of the city, and we had a view of the passage inside the courtyard where everyone was standing and smoking. A terrible place, I rarely write bad reviews, well, this is a very bad act towards the guests of the capital. And the view from the outside is what is in the photos in the applications, this is a view of the central street, or rather the facade for which the city service is responsible, and not they and not their facade, but the general avenue, I would not be surprised if they did not even take pictures themselves. I do not recommend using the word never in such circumstances!!!! I'm applying a photo so that everyone feels and knows what kind of squalor it is, and most importantly the view from the window through the bars and a shabby sofa!!! In the photo, for everyone to understand, in their opinion, 35 sq. m , five stars, family room, La Casa Hotel

We paid 7,000 thousand for a good room. We were checked into this room and told everyone else was busy. The room is in terrible condition, it's all dirty, we were suffocating from dust all night and couldn't get enough sleep before work.

Nice cozy hotel in the heart of the city with breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything is nearby - the sights, the embankment, shops, a bunch of cafes.

I had a rest in December 2019. Met without problems, settled even at 5 am, although check-in at 14 o'clock. The location of the hotel is great. 5 steps from the center, but at the same time quiet. The room is quiet, calm and cozy. Thank you so much for the wonderful reception. In the wake.once in Baku only to there!!! Special thanks to the cook....it's just knockout breakfasts👍👍👍
