This is the first time in Astana and we came to such a wonderful place for breakfast! Wonderful service, the coffee is delicious! Pigtail with banana, baskets with berries, eclair Snickers - delicious! This chain of coffee shops has its own production and every morning they bring fresh pastries to the coffee shop. I recommend it for breakfast!

The desserts are very tasty! The pitch is beautiful, BUT! Service 🤦 In order for the menu to be served, you need to go ask for the order to be accepted, you need to go ask for it to be calculated, you had to ask several times! And all this is sooo long! At the same time, they charge 10% for the service, which in fact simply does not exist! The cuisine is excellent, but the service in this establishment is clearly not in the first place!

Several times I came in with my family, took coffee and something sweet (a piece of cake, cake, etc.). Everything seems to be at the highest level. Obviously, the owner tried to make something like a piece of France in the Kazakh steppes according to modern standards))) But for some reason there was no feeling of comfort and warmth. In terms of food, I think everything is OK, since the institution offers full breakfasts, lunches, dinners. I think most visitors will like everything.

They took Napoleon and some kind of roll. I thought it would be an airy roll, but it turned out to be a very heavy cream, like cheese. Napoleon is also weak, the impression is that the composition is not natural, similar to industrial cakes.
The place itself is attractive and the waiter is friendly.
Next time I will order a national Kazakh dessert decorated as a gold bar.
Maybe I was just not very lucky, I was at Pate, the cafe of the eponymous owner, there is a gorgeous meringue roll.

Bad attitude towards customers - yesterday they said (the head!) that the kitchen works until 21:45, and today at 21:40 they refused to accept the order, while answering the question of what hour the kitchen still works, they said that until 21:45, but "the cook is no longer a cook." They don't understand that the client needs to count on something. It's an outrage.
We used to eat in this network more than once, the kitchen is for four, the show-offs are for six, the prices are too. We won't go any more.
