It's just awful! I bought flowers for my wife (in a wooden basket) for her birthday, at home I found that instead of stems in flowers there was green wire! I made a gift with garbage((( I want to note, this is not the first time. Where do people have a conscience? Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!

Outraged by the attitude towards the client, they sold roses that wilted the very next day with the most proper care. I bought the most expensive ones available so that they would definitely stand longer. I just don't understand if business owners don't realize that they will sell such an illiquid to a buyer, but this buyer will never return in his life and will dissuade all his friends. The benefits of this bouquet are extremely short-term. Well, they just ruined my mood.
