We randomly chose a place to eat.
Parking is available, although there are few places.
The entrance group, meeting and reception immediately indicate a high level of staff.
The interior is cozy, thoughtful details and lighting. It is pleasant to be located regardless of the chosen table.
The waiter was restrained and professional in his work. When choosing a steak, there was a demonstration of a piece of selected meat before cooking it.

The prices correspond to the level of the establishment.
Everything was good and delicious. But...
Rib eye steak is exactly the steak that I always expect from a chef.
A tender, juicy piece of meat that melts in your mouth. Selected and prepared according to high standards.
The kitchen has proven its professionalism in practice. Hurray! My respects and applause.
We had a pleasant evening and had a delicious dinner.

That's where the restaurant is, which was not fully appreciated in the recently released rating. When visiting Gomel, be sure to go. The atmosphere, the service, the cuisine... everything is at a very high level. For the first time in the Republic of Belarus, associations arose with the Bachevsky restaurant (Lviv). Serving dishes, selecting products, waiters who know the menu (who did not learn the positions, but who knew it, everything they advised was delicious). The tenderest steak that melts in your mouth, there was once a Burzhui restaurant in Gomel, where I ate my delicious steak in RB and it was sad that they closed, now there is another place where it is very tasty. Even the chanterelle puree caused delight, the correct serving temperature, I could clearly hear all the ingredients and nothing superfluous. My wife was eating a seafood set, and she was also happy. Desserts are generally a separate topic.
The only drawbacks were that the red wine was served cold, at the same temperature as the white one, and I had to wait until it warmed up and the right astringency appeared, but it was brought right away, and the meat managed to get to the right condition. Well, it's pure taste, but there was no Spanish wine, I really like tempranillo, but there is a lot to choose from.
I didn't want to write about any disadvantages, but for completeness and objectively the type of review.
And you can't leave a tip with a card, the reserve is flowing with cash, so as not to go to the ATM, because you will really want to leave them.
I didn't expect to find such a service here.

My husband and I had dinner at this place today. A lot of experience visiting various Moscow, Istanbul, Izmir premium restaurants. There is something to compare it with. A very cozy restaurant. The service is at a high level. It's great for Gomel. The chef presented the dish himself. I can't speak for the entire menu, as we ordered 3 dishes, very decent. Only: It's for the chef-the sauce for the steak. The meat itself is any kind, it has a sweet taste, it is so inherent in nature, I would like a sauce with sourness, for example, based on lingonberries, to play with flavors, but you have it very sweet and thick. This is not a claim, it is a "note". Will I go to this restaurant again? Yes. I really want to try the rest of the items on the menu. 5 points.

A chic restaurant with modern author's cuisine. The prices are very high, but the atmosphere, the serving and the taste are worth it. Serving dishes from the chef is a separate art form. I think sometimes it's worth saving money and visiting it. The staff is very polite, friendly, and benevolent. They explain everything and suggest it. Now the restaurant is decorated for the new year, which gives a cozy New Year's atmosphere. I really liked it! Thank you for a wonderful evening

A good and expensive restaurant , everything matches the price, pleasant music, polite and courteous waiters . But there is one thing, we were here two years ago, all the dishes, including hot ones and salads, were unique, some kind of a hot chip grill, animation when serving cocktails and desserts, now we only saw a tea siphon. The rest of the feeds are just feeds. Well, the waiter periodically forgot about us, the empty plates stood longer than they should for such a level, when the drinks ran out, they no longer offered themselves.

Beautiful interior, interesting serving of dishes, everything that was ordered was delicious. But we need to work out the connection between the kitchen and the waiters. We noted that we were asked to make a pre-order in a week. We arrived on the appointed day, but there was nothing on the table. No water, no bread plate, an empty table. The waiters are running around, there seem to be a lot of them, but it's not much use. There were 9 of us, our waiter was constantly hanging out at other tables, as a result, we went to order cocktails ourselves from the bartender). We didn't get the bread we ordered, and we ate the soup without it. But everyone is very polite and tried their best))) The manager needs to work through this point.

In my opinion, one of the best places in the city. And the most amazing thing is that in my neighborhood. The prices are quite Moscow-like, but this is also a plus, unlike Bangka it is always cozy and there are places. The sauces are his own, the coffee is excellent, the pasta is not purchased, the staff is well-trained, polite and unobtrusive. The hostess accepted a bunch of packages with all sorts of nonsense without any questions and placed them in the wardrobe. The restaurant has a great location, in the very center of the city. I was pleased with the polite, courteous communication, where your desires are anticipated. All the staff is extremely nice and helpful, here you will not hear rudeness and will not encounter ridiculous situations caused by improper communication. The restaurant also has a beautiful and interesting interior.
However, the food in the restaurant is not very exciting. I ordered three dishes, including beef tartare, salmon and avocado salad and seafood pasta in cream sauce. The tartar lacked taste , it was rather bland , although it was made from good ingredients. Of the three dishes, the salad turned out to be the most successful, but it could have been stolen better. The salad looks just like a bunch of fancy cabbage, all the most beautiful ingredients, salmon and avocado at the bottom. It's delicious, but it doesn't look appetizing. The pasta turned out to be terribly salty. Although, the seafood in the pasta was fresh and well cooked. In the end, I was pleased with the Pavlova dessert , which I got as a compliment, since we were celebrating a birthday. Dessert is beyond praise! This can be safely recommended. The general conclusion is that this is a pleasant restaurant with good service, but with very inflated prices for dishes that are not brought to perfect taste. It is difficult to definitely recommend this restaurant .

We decided to stop by for lunch based on the recommendations from the reviews. The cozy atmosphere and calm music provide everything for a pleasant stay.
The staff is young, but the service is perfect! Each dish was served on a specific plate. At the same time, the waiter told the composition and the idea of creating this dish and its design. Well, about the quality of the food, and he says don't... Divine!!!
I saw how, after the visitor left, his seat and table were treated... Well done!

Good evening! This year, my husband and I decided to celebrate Christmas in Gomel, which we had not visited for several decades. The choice of the restaurant fell, trusting the reviews on the net, on La Salute.
From meeting at the front door to escorting to a table, offers of food and drinks, everything was conducive to a good evening.
And we were not disappointed in our expectations!
Waiter Vladislav, in our objective opinion, is a man who is in love with his job and knows it thoroughly.
It is rare to meet such a specialist who is ready to talk about any dishes and their ingredients in such detail and with such knowledge.
We have visited many famous fashionable restaurants in New York, Spain, Italy and France, and we can say without prejudice that La Salute restaurant is quite comparable to them in terms of service.
The kitchen was pleasantly pleased with the exquisite taste and original author's execution of dishes.
A small fly in the ointment in their barrel is the "marble pike perch", which fully corresponded to its value as a freshwater fish-it lacked piquancy, in our subjective opinion. The appearance of the dish is 5 out of 5. Everything else is on top. I was especially pleased with the tea ceremony and (finally!) A technical glitch occurred when a rather complex device, similar to a moonshine distiller, finally completely refused to give tea into the flask and Vladislav had to pour it from the flask into a cup in the old-fashioned way. But this only cheered up the situation and added cheerful emotions to the generally impeccable service.
We definitely rate 5 out of 5 and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and acquaintances.

When coming to Gomel, we try to visit this restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, the design is cool, the waiters and administrators are polite and attentive. Masterpiece desserts!
If there was a tenner, I'd put it on.

Let's be objective... Why are there 5 stars here?
1. The table (river for 5 guests) has been in need of cleaning for a long time, or just cover it with a tablecloth to hide the greasy edges
2. The waiter does not hear the guest, makes a choice of ways and time of serving according to his taste
3. In the menu, not all spicy dishes are marked with the appropriate symbol (it is better to specify)
4. The waiter did not specify whether there are allergies to certain foods and spices (which has long been a sign of good taste in restaurants)
5. Paper napkins must be requested, the waiters themselves will not put them on the table.
6. There are a lot of meat dishes on the menu, but no one has heard of toothpicks.
7. And prices, prices, prices...
In my opinion, it is necessary either to increase the level of service, or to think about something with prices so that one corresponds to the other. 3 stars for the interior and individual dishes, which really turned out to be worthy.

Very tasty, competent and high-quality. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the city, or even in Belarus. Pork with wood mushrooms and crabs are great. Very good cocktails – classic, balanced, the way they should be. I would also like to mention the work of the waiter (Ilya was with us) – professionally, unobtrusively and intelligently. The interiors, the music – everything is thought out.
We will be happy to come back again! I definitely recommend it.

I've been there a few times. It can definitely be recommended to visit.This is a high-level institution. It will not be noisy and crowded, as the menu prices are 30% higher than the standard ones in the city. Better or tastier by the same amount- NO. But in the aggregate of all factors, a confident YES. Overpayment for comfort (sparsely populated, fast food delivery, cleanliness around). And again, seafood is not fresh everywhere!, but here in the aquarium. Even the coffee is delicious.

It's a disgusting restaurant!! in two weeks, we booked a CERTAIN table on the occasion of a birthday. 4 hours before the start of the event, the manager called us and informed us that our table had been moved to the far corner next to the aquarium, where water was constantly pouring-) ("the best"), and without our consent! This restaurant works for friends who come to this restaurant impromptu, knowing that they will always find the best places at the expense of others.regular customers! the kitchen itself may be considered "high", but I'm used to the fact that a pancake resembles a pancake, not dumplings with mushrooms in a pot. But even that slipped through.
The music is quieter, then louder than loud. Somehow, they didn't find an average level with me.
The staff may be trying to be polite, but they find it difficult to advise the guest. Maybe there's something else in mind, who knows?!

We were with my wife, the food is just my homage to the chef of this institution. Everything was so delicious and beautifully served that there are not the slightest drawbacks. The service is also at the highest level. The staff is very friendly and professional. A cozy atmosphere, without pathos. I really liked that the whole restaurant is divided into small zones, there is no sense of presence in the crowd. It is worth noting that the restaurant positions itself as an institution not for the poor. Our check turned out to be the most expensive in the city. However, you will earn every penny.
