Not a delicious candy in a beautiful wrapper. In general, I bought a NEW grant (at the beginning of 2020) and then not immediately because defects were found in the car during pre-sale preparation (NEW), well, they said it was okay to take another one tomorrow, actually that's what happened. I took the happiness car full of pants and all the cases. I drove around up to 3000km and arrived at the first ONE (which is "zero") to adjust the valves. We counted about 75p. (initially it was no more than 60p on the phone) just adjust the valves (there's nothing complicated at all, as I found out later in the usual service station for 30p I'll do everything in the best possible way) as a result, 10p was thrown over the sink and SEALANT on a new gasket (as it turned out later, no one there even regulated anything, the factory gasket was standing). But that's all the lyrics, it doesn't bomb from that. I had to go to Gomel in a couple of days. I accelerate along the highway to about 120 and vibration begins to appear on the steering wheel, and such that it gives off to the whole body (to put it mildly, I was very upset) that I did not sin, but in the end I decided to go to the dealer. They immediately tell me that it may be necessary to adjust the camber-convergence, I think fuck you, just do it normally. In general, I gave about 120 rubles for this circus (as usual, washing, tire fitting, balancing and collapse). I went and told myself that yes, they did, it got better, but in fact not. At the end, I drove to the tire shop, they said the wheels were eight, and I'm not the first one (either from the factory or at the dealer, but the wheels are curved, plus Belshina). As a result, I didn't prove anything to them and I can't imagine how. But I will not go to the dealer anymore and I will not cry much under the warranty (it still applies in no cases) I hope I helped someone

I recommend bypassing this dealer, the car cost 30 thousand, it turned out not to be a guarantee, because the fuel in the country is bad, candles were changed at our expense, after 2 weeks we arrived, we again add to the bill the replacement of candles, which were replaced 1 thousand km ago. As a result, we were sent far away, let's go back to the Machine Builders.

It's a great place. The cafe is on the 2nd floor. The sartires are top class. The receptionist is a sincere guy. The cost, taking into account the discount, is pleasant. Overall, the impression is positive. You can take children with you-there is a corner for drawing. But after finishing, I've been sitting and waiting for an hour until they give it to me. It's infuriating! 03/07/2020 almost half a year later, it became even more cozy. The children's area has expanded and got video games. I spent almost 5 hours here. Everything is fine. A panoramic window into the workshop allows you to periodically observe the work of the master.

We watched the glass, the master came up to the car a couple of times, then it just stood there. I had to leave it overnight and get out of Minsk by minibus. Of course, everything is cultural everywhere, but they will take money from you specifically. That's the guarantee....

Did a camber convergence.The attitude of the staff is very responsible.We did not meet the allotted working hours, but nevertheless we did not reschedule work for another day.The manager was very polite. After the repair, he drove the car himself, and then practically forced me to drive with him so that I could make sure of the quality of the repair performed. I would especially like to note the friendly attitude of the barmaid. Disgusting service. I've been driving with a temperature sensor for the umpteenth time. Contacts are "cleaned" all the time. Why not replace it is not clear. According to the regulations, 3 hours are allocated for this, in fact it turns out 3.5 - 4 hours. On YouTube, this sensor changes in 10 minutes, and even with the comments of the master. Probably silver is sprayed on the contacts. The masters never know anything, they always need to clarify something. It seems that these are generally managers who do not know how repairs are carried out in the car.

After the request to call the manager and provide a book of offers, the price remained the same. The employees of the department are doing well, unlike the management, implementing such rules!

Today, after calling the body repair department to find out how the work is progressing, I received a response from another master (Vseslav) it turns out that the wings are not available, but one was booked for another car. And no one even warned me how long I would wait for my car to be repaired? I consider this attitude towards customers on the part of Renaul Lausange representatives to be unacceptable and spoils the reputation of Renault as a whole.
