03/17/12 we applied under warranty (not the first appeal) with a complaint about the knocking of the front suspension when driving (most likely the stabilizer bar). The receptionist said that the cars would be watched for 2-3 hours. We took a ride, the receptionist said that there was a knock in the trunk and did not hear anything... then, in fact, the mechanic examined the car for 5-10 minutes in front of his eyes.. (the inspection was on the blunder) and after the car was rolled out to the parking lot.. 45 minutes have passed.. we understood that the car was just standing there.. We approached the receptionist and asked them to call the shop foreman - the manager.. we drove again, there was a knock, he was recognized. But they weren't going to do anything. Lada Vesta SV Cross car. Car center-car service does not want to solve the problem! Dubitsky V.V. Took the recording at 11:30. Moreover, before arriving at your place, we washed the car and dried it.. the car was completely clean.. and as a result, she was knocked down with water again, (those with a car wash) and the car was given away in divorces).. we took photos from the acceptance, they showed that the car arrived clean.. as a result, it was washed and dried again..) Why do that?! It's some kind of circus.. Disgusting quality of service. Sh.V.V.

Maybe it was by accident, but I ask myself the question, did they put the new one carefully? Did they really change the oil? And so it is more difficult... Unfortunately, the car just stood on the street for about an hour after that. Although I was in the salon and planned to sign an insurance contract with them, and they knew about it perfectly well. And for this, an external inspection of the car was required. And the car, in severe frost, and even after washing, was safely covered with frost. Maybe in other salons as well, I do not know. But it is very unpleasant. The constant feeling that someone is trying to deceive you... 😔

When an engine error was detected and the engine was not working correctly, I turned to the service where they checked and replaced the candles and oil filters, I paid a considerable amount for the work done. After 3-4 days, the sticker popped up again. I contacted the service number and the consultant roughly turned me down. Like, come there in 3 days, because we have a lot of cars under repair. Considering that my car is under warranty, with a mileage of slightly more than 30,000, and already requires repair costs, and the cost of my personal time, I give a low rating to the service, and ask citizens to think a hundred times about buying a new Lada Vesta car, this car is not worth their money, and the service is simply zero.

A terrible impression of the work of this SC! Lada did not start under warranty, I delivered it on a tow truck, the specialists of this SC found out for 2.5 days. They decided that my operating conditions were not correct and refused to replace it under warranty. At the same time, they also counted their diagnostic expenses, etc. In fact, they did not have 5 days to wait for this spare part and it was terribly expensive. I ordered it myself on the side. They put it in the SC for a long time. Conclusion: a formal approach to solving simple problems, red tape, do not hear the client, just show off ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I did the calculations correctly based on my income and prepared all the necessary documents for registration in the traffic police and during the passage of those.after the inspection, she convinced me that you can drive a simpler car "special thanks for this", so as not to be held hostage to a large loan, treats her work with humor, diligence and care for her client, I recommend awarding her the title manager of the year))). The cabin itself is very comfortable, there is a cafe, a children's area. Time flies very fast when processing documents, I advise everyone to visit this place who wants a new relatively inexpensive car)).

Terrible attitude towards customers. I bought a Lada Vesta sw cross car...during pre-sale preparation, the service department soaked the engine compartment. The new car did not start in the cold after purchase. I had to take a tow truck to the service. After the service, it didn't start up again. The money for the tow truck was not refunded. They work with violations of STB 1175-2011. It is not clear how they were allowed to be an official dealer. I recommend AVTOVAZ JSC to reconsider its attitude towards this representative office and more closely monitor the implementation of the necessary regulations.

Disgusting attitude towards the client. After Redmotors, servicing a car in a Lada is a horror. I haven't had time to go into the salon yet, they're already thrusting 10 rubles worth of paper into your nose for technical! the sink. Should I call the client and tell them that the car is ready after repair? What for? Let him call himself. It's his car. It is easy to get into the car components without the client's permission, for verification! Why ask if you can do it first! In general, Lada = collective farm and that says it all.
