I signed up for her for the first time online from St. Petersburg on 07/10/2024. so far, the eyelashes are in order, they look natural, they did not cause any discomfort. When working with glue, I usually have redness in my eyes, but here there were simply no such side effects. I definitely recommend signing up. It is a very budget place for money, we have that service for 30-40% more in value.

I go to Master Anna constantly and I am immensely grateful to her.
I don't like to waste time on makeup, and it's very important for me to look good 24/7, and Anna is actively helping me with this.
I walk with eyelashes for a whole month without problems (although earlier, for other masters, it was the time of wearing that was the problem, after 2 weeks there were no eyelashes left in front of my eyes at all), and this was the first reason why I became her regular customer. And Anna always does the effect on the eyes that I need.
Plus, Anna is a very pleasant person, which is also important when choosing her master☺️
In general, I can say with confidence that I have found my master in eyelash extension!
About the studio:

I loved this salon and the master very much. She was a regular customer.
I grew eyelashes and made eyebrows. The salon was the first experience in building up.
On 12/28.23, I arrived for the next procedure, everything was fine as always until, after a week and a half (i.e. ~6.01.24), the eyelashes did not fall out.
12.01.24 I called, describing the situation. I was signed up for 15.01 saying that the problem would be solved.
I rescheduled the recording for later, because I don't have much free time.
I arrived on 18.01.24.
The master said that the eyelashes could not withstand the rays, and in general, the rays are worn less (at the time of extension, they were not warned about this), less is good, but not for a week and a half.
The master offered a correction for the full cost - 70 rubles.
I thought about it and decided that I am not ready to give away ~ 170 rubles in a month. Also, I do not consider wearing eyelashes for a week and a half to be normal + I was counting on a compromise. Because I am a regular customer, I think it would be possible to come up with an option. I didn't want it for free, but at least a discount, not the full price. There is no fault of mine in the situation, I did not change the care, there were no extreme conditions for eyelashes.
Unfortunately, when I voiced my thoughts to the administrator that I was upset and intended to change the salon, they answered me: "Good." That's not a good thing. Having spent my time and resources, I was counting on you. Now I need to walk around with different eyes and holes in my eyelashes and look for another salon.
