I am a frequent guest of this wonderful institution. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for the warm welcome and the organization of comfort in the room. My favorite place is by the window where there is a beautiful view of the Satpayev-Momyshuly intersection. I love watching life outside the window. Watching beautiful people, you rethink a lot of things in your life. And only the sweet-voiced girl officer Aruzhan brings to her senses)! A very nice girl, always helps with the menu, tells you the right way and is very tactful and polite! Thank you Aruzhan! May everything be fine in your life! And I wish prosperity to the institution and many grateful visitors!

Don't come here! Tasteless and long. I also poisoned myself once with a vegetable dish. They cook at random.
I ordered pancakes, they arrived an hour later. One side is generally raw. It was easy to bake and the same was brought three times.
There used to be a good team. And the cook, and the admins., and even the namesake, constantly wiped, cleaned the hall, in the bathroom.
And the dishes were delicious. Now everything has been ruined. The male cook was then, all the dishes on the roaster were delicious, more orders were taken home. Now everything is tasteless, there is not even an appetizing look.

The most tasteless dishes in Astana, in the dining room on the ground floor, are 10 times tastier and three times cheaper. It feels like the dishes are stored for several days, after which they are fried in a lot of oil and served. The first time I tried chicken in sweet and sour sauce, it turned out to be boiled old chicken rolled in tomato paste, the second time eggplant with beef, disgusting, impossible to eat ... mantas were also cooked yesterday at best ((( categorically not recommended!!! Avoid it!

Lagman will be here in the evening . Great coffee ❤️ I recommend it to everyone . Now we will often go With the children ❤️I ordered everything , I came and took it away . Previously, this place was pleased with the cuisine, the lagmans are gorgeous, the portions are huge. The last time was somehow teased. Yes, the food was brought faster, before we had to wait for 15-20 minutes, but it was with fervor, as they say. There is much less meat, as well as the portion itself, yes, you can go and get free noodles, but the yield and quality of lagman has dropped, in my opinion. And since the institution is good, I would really like them not to slide down, but to return to the original level and even become even better.

Disgusting service, arrogant and unwilling staff. The leadership is to match them. They forget orders, bring them on time, then prove that this is how it should be... Administrator Aizada and the Sultan's steward are the worst and useless. They don't even try to help, they support their boorish waiters.
Definitely, I do NOT recommend this place.
I recommend that owners pay attention to the level of adequacy and customer orientation of their employees.
