Very bad service. There was no towels or available chairs. The manager was very rude. They don’t provide food or drink next to the pool , you have to go to the cafeteria area to eat. When we ask for a towel the manager said we don’t have it also you have to pay for the towel and it doesn’t matter they have it at moment or no. My husband said seriously you don’t have a towel ? He’s like yeah of course it happens and you have to wait 2-3 hours until it’s available. We didn’t touch anything, we didn’t get into the pool and we asked for our money back (20.000 dram to enter) he said we can’t give you money back. So I absolutely hate this place. 0 customer service and I don’t recommend this low class place. Dvin is the best for me. I don’t care about money I care about customer service which doesn’t exist at this stupid place. We left this place without our money back and now going to the Dvin. Bye ✌🏻

A nice hotel with a wonderful round pool, everything is on the level, the visitors are cultured. The view of Yerevan and Ararat is bombastic, the only disadvantage is that the air conditioner in our room did not work well, but everything is fine! Thanks to the staff, very polite and pleasant people👍

I want to leave a review for the pool, not the hotel. The view is gorgeous, right on Ararat. It's like an observation deck. The pool is large, it works from 11:00, we were in the open and there were almost no people until 13:00! But then they start to pull up and there are very few sunbeds left. Towels and umbrellas are included
Log in to the output: 10,000 dr for an adult, a child up to 7 years old for free (but for a second child up to 7 years old 5000 like)
The water is still cool at about 23 degrees.
I put 5 points for the pool itself, excellent!
BUT there is a bar / cafe at the pool and here, as usual, a complete failure. The Armenian service is terrible. Of course, you can't go there with your own, even they asked you to hide the water for the child))) a grandmother sits on a stool and takes orders.
The bar menu has a bunch of everything, 10 smoothies, 10 milkshakes, watermelon. But in the end there are 5 dishes and that's it. The watermelon ran out - they told us, but they wrote it in the receipt for us, and if I hadn't checked, no one would have refunded the money!

Nice pool. It's spacious, you can dive. The view is amazing.
The only thing is: the food in the cafe does not pretend to be refined. But you can eat.

A great pool is very large, even when a lot of people can swim freely. A small part of the pool is shallow - you can hang out with the children there. The rest of the pool is quite deep and full of space. The water is clean - we've been there many times at different times, always great. There are not very many sun beds - it is better to come in the morning, especially if there are more than 2 people, so as not to look for a place. Towels are given out for 1,000 drams - once there were no free ones, so it's better to adjust and take your own. The bar is pretty good - it's great for a pool bar. There is a hookah, the coffee is delicious, the pizza is quite good.
The staff is polite, everyone tells you what you need.
Thank you very much to the owners and staff of the pool - it is very pleasant to spend time with you, we are always satisfied!

When booking, the staff did not bother to inform us that the spa with pools on the street was not working, the rooms were outdated, the water in the toilet was gurgling all night, water was flowing from the drain from under the bathroom, the water was rusty, the restaurant was cooking something terrible for breakfast, the staff was very slow, they made us out for probably 30 minutes, considering that there was no one else, the apotheosis was that we asked about a warm pool, the administrator told us that the indoor pool can be used in the morning, everything starts working an hour before eviction, what was our surprise in the morning when we were told that the pool was lowered in the morning and it is closed for cleaning, there is the gym, but it is used mainly as a warehouse for furniture, I do not recommend it

Great hotel! We had a rest with friends, everyone really liked it. Billiards, fitness, table tennis, water for the road -all for free!) and it's nice. Friendly staff! Definitely RECOMMEND IT!!

It is located in Yerevan almost at the exit, the hotel is at the top. The view is over a fairy tale! Mount Ararat is visible well, though when there is no haze. The water in the pool is invigorating, cool of course, I still like it warmer. But in the sweltering heat, such water is also refreshing. There is a bar where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are prepared, food is prepared, the choice is good. Toilets, changing rooms, safe. The entrance to the pool costs 2500 AMD. This price includes only a towel and a swimming pool. 4 I put it because of the water.

The pool is terrible, dirty! It is impossible to walk barefoot near the pool, your feet are in the mud as if you are walking on a field, and not near the pool. There are no prices for water and drinks in the bar, they will sell you water for the price they deem necessary, especially if you speak RUSSIAN. Surprisingly, they punched a fanta for 350 drams today, and the next bottle cost 400 drams. It's a shame to make money on tourists! I will never go there again, although it has been my favorite pool for all the past years.
We bought a can of pringles chips, to which the woman at the checkout tells me there are 2 servings here, I look at the closed jar and do not understand why she is talking!? I say it's closed, what's the portion? To which she says, if you want one portion, I'll open a jar and pour half of it out for you! The horror!

The hotel proudly writes that it has 5 stars, based on this, I rate it. This is a cheap fake palace located on the outskirts of the city. Arriving here, you will have to wait a very long time at the reception, because no one usually sits there, if you need something during your stay, then, as a rule, you will not find anyone, since a person rarely appears there, it will also not work to call from the room by phone, because there is no one at the reception. Surprisingly, this hotel is not cleaned. More precisely, they are cleaned only if you ask. There is no make up my room sign in the rooms. I tried to find out if it was possible to clean every day, it caused panic among the staff, they started calling somewhere to find out if it was possible to clean every day. As a result, in a week I was able to catch a man at the reception only three times and asked him to get out. The question "is it possible to wash things" generally tied everyone in a knot and in the end they answered me "of course, the car is in the yard, go wash it." At night you will want to sleep, but the fake palace of course has a "luxurious backlight" and a spotlight shines directly into your window, and there are no blackout curtains, sleep as you want. At breakfast, having not found coffee, I asked the staff (who previously had to be found by knocking on different doors), they answered me "of course, there is with and without sugar" — this is all you need to know about the assortment at breakfast. There is a bar, but there... you probably understood the principle, there is never anyone there. These five stars cost $ 110 per day. It's up to you to decide whether it's five stars or not, whether it's worth $110 or not. I rate it two stars. This is exactly the number of stars, having seen which, I would not write this post.

Beautiful location, but the pool is terribly dirty! I literally see skin particles, hair and small debris in it, I don't even need to look closely. Administration, please allocate part of the money for cleaning out of 8,000-10,000 drams

the review is only about the POOL
it takes about 20 minutes to drive from the city, there is a desert around :)) the pool is large, clean, BUT icy. and this is at +36 degrees Celsius. They were very upset. we planned for the whole day, but left after 2 hours. It's not comfortable at all. it seems to be stated that it is heated(?) it is possible only in winter. but, as they say, expectations were not fulfilled - we went with the children to splash in the heat - as a result - walrus :(

Vacation 2022 September c26-27, the old 5 hotel , everything is outdated, was chosen because of the pool , which did not work, as we were told that week it stopped,there is no information about it anywhere ( for this money there are much better places more modern and comfortable , the door to the bathroom did not close cracked from time to time , the furniture is outdated , the view of the city and Ararat is good , the protected area is quiet

The location is good. There's no one around. The depth differences of the pool range from 1.5 to 1.8 meters.
When we bought the entrance ticket, not a word was said about what the towel also needs to be paid for. We found out about it when we came to the sunbeds. We would have included this in the price already.
Music - 5 tracks in a circle!!! And the playlist hasn't changed all day! All the tracks were different in volume. It seems... the music should be quiet and unobtrusive. Apparently not today…

Huge rooms. What's wrong: 1) the pool in the building was cold (although it should be the other way around); 2) the baths were turned off and did not work for exactly more than a week; 3) for breakfast you have to go to another building (although the breakfasts are delicious, but this is not quite a buffet in the usual sense for everyone)

The pool is great, the bar is too. The cafe ruined the whole impression. Waiter Robert was able to remember only one of the two items from the order, respectively, he did not bring the second one. For that, 10% for the service did not forget to add. The ordered pizza is just terrible. This is not pepperoni, but pizza with sausage and cheese on a frozen basis is not of the best quality. And it costs like in a good pizzeria((

Latar is the most beautiful and soulful place in Yerevan that I have been to. First, it is very well located. It is located on an elevation, and it is not so hot in it. There is a wonderful view of Ararat. A huge, probably the largest outdoor swimming pool in Yerevan. You will be lucky if you get to the holiday - it will be fun and interesting. The kitchen is wonderful, special thanks to the cook. A separate dish awaits you every day, and during the week there is a chance to get acquainted with the most famous dishes of Armenian cuisine. There is a huge apricot garden on the territory of the hotel, where you are allowed to enjoy fruits from a branch. Well, the hotel itself is a big palace. You can hold a conference and a wedding in Latara. Many thanks to his hosts for a wonderful vacation. I will come myself and invite people who are dear to me.
