We visited the Lavash restaurant in Yerevan. The food was very pleasant, delicious and satisfying: five stars to the chef! At the same time, I was disappointed that something was added to the bill for payment that was not ordered, three more items from the menu were attributed as a plus! At the same time, no apologies were made by the maintenance staff! Be careful not to get divorced from people who spoil the reputation of the restaurant! I attached the correct receipt after editing.

Let's go to this place after reading the laudatory reviews. We went on the day of arrival in Yerevan. Hungry are scary. We've been looking for a long time. It was cold and raining. The locals don't know "Lavash" and kept sending us in different directions. But they found it. We sat down on the open veranda. The waiter brought the menu and accepted the order: pomegranate wine, khinkali and cheese barbecue for my wife and lamb lula and fried dumplings with egg and herbs for me.
He persistently, even too persistently, recommended taking the sauce. Okay, we took the sauce.
Wine and cutlery were brought immediately. There is not much wine poured into the glasses, but the wine is really stunningly delicious.
And then we sat for forty minutes and watched how they ate at the neighboring tables.
And forty minutes later they brought us everything at once. In cold weather, on the outdoor veranda. Is this the style of the best restaurant in Yerevan?
We didn't refuse to eat because we were too hungry. Khinkali was delicious (according to his wife). Frozen fried cheese is a rare muck.
Lula... two dry sticks of meat, similar to poop, lie neatly on a thin pita bread, and between them are two pairs of onion rings. That's why the waiter was so insistent on taking the sauce. Without the sauce, it would be simply impossible to eat dry, and immediately frozen meat.
The dumplings in the picture on the menu, lying in a greasy, yellow broth, turned out to be lying on an omelette. Have you eaten cold, purchased (that is, not tasty) dumplings with an omelet? It's a rare muck. For an amateur. Like egg liquor. Besides, while I was choking on the dry minced meat, they cooled down. They weren't even warm.
We tried to escape from this "best" restaurant as quickly as possible. Meneger came up to us, apologized, saying that THIS cradle should be like this, that it was not an ordinary one, but such a cradle, invited us to come again and only then they would show us the class.

- if this is the best restaurant in Yerevan, then what is being done in others?
- why don't the best restaurant in Yerevan know what it is to serve dishes in queues?
- does the Armenian lamb lula really have to be dry and cold so that it can be eaten only with sauce?
- is dumplings with omelet an Armenian dish, or a perverted fantasy of the cook?
For twenty minutes, until I ate the ice cream, there was a disgusting aftertaste in my mouth of food eaten in the "Lavash".
Those who read my reviews know that I'm not lying. If it's good, I write what's good. If it's bad, I write that it's bad.
How can you get so many great reviews with this kind of work?
I don't know.

We read the reviews and went to the lavash. It didn't work out the first time, there was a queue, they didn't put me in jail without an appointment. I had to make an appointment in 2 days, as everything was scheduled before that. At the same time, when we arrived 2 days later, I saw how someone was selectively imprisoned without a record, apparently assessing appearance and wealth. The food is not bad, but not wow. The service is like doing a favor. They brought me not my dish, put a separate table, cut everything beautifully, it turned out to be not someone else's ... in general, a highly overrated place

Delicious, excellent level of cuisine. The rack of lamb was at the highest level. The staff has a great sense of humor, every comment is in the subject and with a smile. It's hard to get in the evening without booking. Prices for Yerevan are above average, but not for Moscow :) Among the disadvantages: the waiter forgot about the ordered pita bread, there are unreasonably prolonged pauses in service, for example, they waited 15-20 minutes for another glass of wine. Despite this, I would definitely recommend you to visit.
