Я был приятно удивлен атмосферой, обслуживанием и конечно же вкусом какао. Я первый раз, посещал это место и мне понравилось. Качество сервиса на высшем уровне.
Особенно я хотел бы отметить насыщенный вкус горячего какао. Это было просто невероятно! Я давно не пил такого вкусного какао, и это оставило на меня очень приятное впечатление. Я также хотел бы отметить дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Они всегда готовы помочь и подсказать что-то новое, что меня порадовало.
Если вы ищете место, где можно выпить отличный кофе и самый вкусный какао, то Lavazza coffee - отличный выбор. Я определенно рекомендую это место. Бонусом идет прекрасный вид на пр. Победителей и Свислочь.

The latte was not even like a cappuccino, but like a double espresso with a mixture of cold water and milk, they asked to redo it, because it was impossible to drink it even for a lover of strong coffee, as a result, they made it even worse, also with coconut milk instead of the usual one, but it tasted like cheap coffee from a gas station
We were very upset, I wouldn't have paid 3 rubles for such a latte, let alone 8

The barista girl made the wrong order on 17.10, then proved that "cappuccino and latte are the same thing"
We were not offered to redo the order
We often drank coffee here, but in principle we will not return, it was incredibly unpleasant
