They said on the phone that they would engrave the cup (plastic stand) without any problems, explained that they would need to make a nameplate and engrave it on it. Upon arrival, it turned out that this was impossible, since payment by ori card was not accepted, they offered to walk to the nearest ATM, and later it turned out that there was simply nothing to glue the nameplate with. As a result, nothing has been done and time has been wasted. A typical business in Belarusian. It's a waste of time, I don't recommend it.
