Atmosphere and good food.

Amazing and attentive service! Fabulous restaurant, great for afternoon lunches on their beautiful patio! Or an evening date night. The food is incredible and always displayed with an artistic flair.

I really liked it. It's a beautiful place. Well-maintained territory. It's perfectly clean. An exquisite and expensive interior: luxurious chandeliers, designer armchairs, there is even a book of honored guests. The prices are high, but everything we ordered was delicious. Especially "Cheesecakes with cherry confit and berries" and "Donuts with salted caramel and vanilla sauce" (brunch). I was pleased with the presence of a matcha latte on the menu, served with cute mini macaroons, which is not often found in restaurants in Minsk.
Dignified, respectable, stately. And the atmosphere, by the way, is comfortable, not pretentious.

Everything was very tasty. Even the usual honey cake was very unusually served.
The wine is selected with a bang! This combo of dishes and drinks could not leave anyone indifferent.
The service is excellent. The establishment itself is very beautiful, stylish, pleasant, expensive, prestigious.
The only thing that confused me personally, of course, the management of the institution is not responsible for this, but the contingent of this institution wants to leave the best (
The guests of the establishment seemed to be divided into categories, I had never seen this before ((( most of them behave very arrogantly towards the rest of the same guests.
It didn't affect me personally. But the next table was badly damaged only because the girl was in a somewhat revealing dress.
during our stay (3.5 hours), I observed more than one such precedent.
I hope to get into a more "warm" environment in the future.

A very beautiful and luxurious place. Beautiful area, beautiful park nearby. The chef prepares incredibly delicious dishes that melt in your mouth. I especially remember the "calf cheek". I was in culinary shock and ecstasy. The summer terrace with live music is amazing, especially when Zaz and so on are performing. In the evening, however, there may be midges on the terrace. I recommend it!!!

A wonderful restaurant!
I liked everything very much. We took borscht for lunch, the taste is simply unreal. Served with bacon and pie, they go well together. Carrot cake is very tasty! Plus, they gave pistachio cookies and coffee for tea.
The interior is simply gorgeous😍 I fell in love with this place. I recommend it!!

Mixed impressions about the restaurant. Last time we chose this place to celebrate our wedding day and were delighted with everything: the interior, the food, the service, the staff, the atmosphere, everything was at the highest level. All the guests noted this. Yesterday, friends from abroad came to us, and choosing a good place, we knew exactly where to take them, but the second time was very different from the previous one. The atmosphere, the food is still good, but the service is just terrible. We were led to a table, there was a sofa table with appliances for 4 people, although we booked for five. And when you booked (personally came to the restaurant) we were shown to this table and we did not agree to it, and so they put us there anyway, and the GIRL JUST TURNED AROUND AND LEFT, ignoring this remark. We were approached very rarely and it was wild to watch how smartly the events were served from the side and how we were simply ignored out of duty. Everyone noticed it as well. The kitchen is delicious, the dishes are not disposable - I want to repeat) But the story was ... I ordered a steak, probably with asparagus (I ordered it because of asparagus!). They brought steak and potatoes - it was very tasty, I got distracted and ate everything. It was only on the way home that I remembered about asparagus. I mean, they replaced the side dish without agreeing with me - it's unacceptable for me.

A chic restaurant in Minsk. Guests of the city should definitely visit there. A lake with swans, a thoughtful landscape attracts for a walk. The menu really liked the pancakes with three forks of caviar, olivier with crabs, Kamchatka crab sausages, cod. There is a large selection of wine in the wine room. There is live music playing in the restaurant, it's nice to listen. I recommend the restaurant!

I attended a private event, everything is at the highest level - from the interior to the service and the food itself. The views around are wonderful, ideal for walking during the breaks of the program. According to the menu, you can write a separate review at all, since the format allowed you to try almost all the dishes. Rating 5+, raspberry pate was remembered separately) It's interesting now to visit the restaurant on a normal day, I'm sure the experience will be no worse!

The most favorite and delicious restaurant in Minsk. But sometimes there are unpleasant moments with hostesses at the entrance. Considering that I've been going there since the opening and have seen how absolutely all of them change-some just don't say hello in principle (pretend they didn't notice), it just becomes ridiculous and there is a feeling of total unprofessionalism. There were also a couple of problems with the waiters, but recently we have recruited very good staff, very nice young people and girls, they try to deal with any issue and make your stay as comfortable as possible, for which thank them!

A very beautiful, pretentious place. Live music, stage, interior, lake, swans, staff uniforms all literally scream that this is an expensive restaurant. The visitors are appropriate - the Minsk Beau Monde. We liked it in principle, but the taste of the dishes, in our opinion, is 4%, of course, this can be called the author's cuisine, to say that we do not understand anything. But we have visited many restaurants, both in Minsk and throughout Russia, so here is our opinion: the kitchen needs to be tightened up to the level of the interior and prices. From such a place, you expect that all the dishes will be perfect, and you do not want to forgive even small flaws. Well, not peeled peanuts, at least you need to wash them before using them as a base when serving dessert tubes. The sand crunched on my teeth.

One of the best restaurants in Minsk. Delicious, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable. Nice interior, good service. Friendly and resourceful waiters. I recommend everyone to visit this place at least once. The institution will surely be remembered for many years! By the way, it is quite suitable for celebrations and various events. Big landing. I'm sure you won't regret it. And the price tag is not cosmic. There are actually much worse establishments, and the prices are one and a half times higher.

The atmosphere, the place, the interior - everything is fine, except for the public and the runaway uncontrolled children. The interior itself is exquisite, but the hall seemed to have been made for banquets, not for a restaurant, the music that did not match the interior sometimes infuriated, but the food completely knocked down. The main course (pasta with truffle) was brought 1) absolutely cold after 40 minutes of waiting, although the staff was warned about the time frame. 2) the pasta was boiled like in a school cafeteria, I don't think pasta for ≈50 rubles can look like this. The manager apologized, trying to get out of the "workload of the hall", although the hall was only half full.
I understand everything, but if you can't handle just half the room, what kind of quality are you talking about. The pasta was removed from the bill, dessert was presented, everything was according to the rules, but I was left without lunch🙃

Well, gentlemen, the big question is about 5 stars. So everyone praised , but alas. We visited with the family, the steak that I took was not wow at all (just below average).the child was just disappointed-for such a restaurant (there is nothing at all), but he already knows a lot.My wife refused to comment on the food at all. There are artificial flowers everywhere and it 's really upsetting . The service - I'm sorry, it's far from ideal, maybe I'm wrong - because there was an event nearby and all the attention was on it. The only thing that pleased me was the location and the program with live music (right here for 5 points).the result is that it definitely does not pull at 5, it is a solid 3.

I didn't like the oysters!!! Small size!!! Disappointed!!!
We visited the place during lunch. There were not many people, the atmosphere was calm, but the service was not very good. The waiter was in a hurry all the time, and urged us on with the choice. We came to eat oysters!!! But they brought small ones. And there was little sauce, as if from someone else's table, there was only vinegar!!!

I would like to share my negative experience of visiting the Lebyazhy restaurant in Minsk. The last visit to this institution left me extremely dissatisfied for the following reasons:
1. Poor service: The restaurant staff showed complete indifference to our stay. The waiters were not attentive to our orders, did not pay attention to us for a long time, and generally gave the impression that the hall was packed with visitors, although in fact the hall was 50% full.
2. Long serving of dishes: The dishes we ordered were not only not delivered on time, but were also delayed so much that we began to lose interest in continuing the dinner. The wait became unacceptably long and irritating. I first met the serving of dishes after 45 minutes, I'm not talking about the main dishes, bread and butter and cold appetizer! As a result, all the dishes were served after 45 minutes, meanwhile I looked at the morse with hungry eyes)))
3. Poor-quality dish: After a long wait, when the dishes were finally served, we were disappointed with the quality of cooking. The dish is lamb with stew vegetables, the vegetables turned out to be raw and the waiter took the dish to the kitchen, after a while he returned with my plate and the answer killed me -"the cook said that the vegetables were al dente", I almost fell off the chair)))
The dishes did not meet the stated level.
To all my questions, the waiter nodded his head, told me that they often have such questions about this in their restaurant. But nothing changes)
As a result, the Al Dente dish was not included in the bill.
The ear was common, of the declared three types of fish, one was present)
The price and quality do not match!
This restaurant is positioned as the most expensive in the city of Minsk, but believe me, my rich experience in visiting good restaurants in various cities, the Lebyazhye restaurant is just an inflated soap bubble. The dishes at the hotel turned out to be on a higher level!
The waiters are exhausted and tired))))
Watched how in this restaurant they congratulate the guests on their birthday😂😂😂 silently and with sad faces they approach with fireworks, one of the waiters says something, but from the outside it looks as if they decided to burn the birthday boy 😂😂😂😂
No music, no joyful song, stupid as a zombie 😂😂💪🏼
Overall, my experience of visiting the Lebyazhy restaurant was extremely disappointing, and the impressions I received left much to be desired. I have to share this review to warn other visitors against such a negative experience.

A pacifier in a beautiful wrapper.
They are greeted by friendly hostesses and a wardrobe employee. Clean toilets and a beautiful interior. That's where the advantages end.
For the prices of a good restaurant, you will receive, unfortunately, dishes of the class "beautifully decorated food from the dining room".
The names and design of the dishes arouse appetite, as opposed to the actual taste qualities.
The waiters look well-trained, but in fact they are not interested in the quality of service - the remark about the fish bone in tartare was coldly left without a single comment; the request to list the ingredients when ordering pasta with octopus did not correspond to reality - they brought a dish decorated with asparagus, to which I am allergic.
The overall impression remained unpleasant.
I do not recommend this place.
There are more interesting restaurants in Minsk of this price segment that have left a really amazing impression, but Lebyazhy is absolutely sent to the list of "do not let anyone here from your friends."

Красивейшее место. Открытая терраса прямо на берегу водоема. Пейзаж, как с картинки. Сам ресторан внутри оформлен прекрасно. Залов несколько на разный вкус, для разных мероприятий. Вкусная кухня. Ценник приемлемый. Это были плюсы.
Минусы. Официанты не справлялись со всеми столиками, хотя ресторан не был заполнен. Были столики, за которыми не могли сделать заказ около часа. На открытой террасе на блюда слетаются пчелы. Была живая музыка, но громкое пение исполнителя и его репертуар очень дессонировали со спокойной и красивой природой.

A spacious and pleasant restaurant in a picturesque wedged-in place. Good service and cuisine. The price tag is above average. Perfect if you want to have a date or a meeting with a group of friends with whom there is something to talk about.
