I liked it! Tartar is good (salmon), very satisfying. The only thing: I would like croutons without butter, but dry ones, they are more appropriate there.
My husband took pastors with gratin (licked his lips). Rabbit sausages with pancakes: sausages and sausages, pancakes are gorgeous, the sponge is delicious, a lot of mushrooms, though a little too salty. Cocktail (pornostar)- here it is cooked as it should be, and it also looks as it should, and even its serving, which could not but please. This is a rarity in Minsk!
The honey cake looked beautiful, the son said it was delicious, but you can't appreciate it, of course.
We were sitting on the veranda. Wasps spoiled the impression. And so the Location, of course, is a delight. The interior, the toilet room - everything is perfect.
Hookah- I can't say anything here, my husband said it was normal.

Perhaps one of the pretentious (in a good way) establishments in Minsk. First of all, it's beautiful there. Both in winter and in summer, both outside and inside. Yes, the price tag is Moscow, and from expensive restaurants. But the serving, the quality of the dishes, the author's cooking ideas and the level of service are worth it. The contingent is appropriate. I'd love to go again.
It is significant: there is one Belarusian on the menu, but perhaps one of the best from Belalko - "Depth". They ate it.

I would like to share my negative experience of visiting the Lebyazhy restaurant in Minsk. The last visit to this institution left me extremely dissatisfied for the following reasons:
1. Poor service: The restaurant staff showed complete indifference to our stay. The waiters were not attentive to our orders, did not pay attention to us for a long time, and generally gave the impression that the hall was packed with visitors, although in fact the hall was 50% full.
2. Long serving of dishes: The dishes we ordered were not only not delivered on time, but were also delayed so much that we began to lose interest in continuing the dinner. The wait became unacceptably long and irritating. I first met the serving of dishes after 45 minutes, I'm not talking about the main dishes, bread and butter and cold appetizer! As a result, all the dishes were served after 45 minutes, meanwhile I looked at the morse with hungry eyes)))
3. Poor-quality dish: After a long wait, when the dishes were finally served, we were disappointed with the quality of cooking. The dish is lamb with stew vegetables, the vegetables turned out to be raw and the waiter took the dish to the kitchen, after a while he returned with my plate and the answer killed me -"the cook said that the vegetables were al dente", I almost fell off the chair)))
The dishes did not meet the stated level.
To all my questions, the waiter nodded his head, told me that they often have such questions about this in their restaurant. But nothing changes)
As a result, the Al Dente dish was not included in the bill.
The ear was common, of the declared three types of fish, one was present)
The price and quality do not match!
This restaurant is positioned as the most expensive in the city of Minsk, but believe me, my rich experience in visiting good restaurants in various cities, the Lebyazhye restaurant is just an inflated soap bubble. The dishes at the hotel turned out to be on a higher level!
The waiters are exhausted and tired))))
Watched how in this restaurant they congratulate the guests on their birthday😂😂😂 silently and with sad faces they approach with fireworks, one of the waiters says something, but from the outside it looks as if they decided to burn the birthday boy 😂😂😂😂
No music, no joyful song, stupid as a zombie 😂😂💪🏼
Overall, my experience of visiting the Lebyazhy restaurant was extremely disappointing, and the impressions I received left much to be desired. I have to share this review to warn other visitors against such a negative experience.

Excellent serving of dishes, but unfortunately, it takes a very long time to carry the order.
It took a very long time, considering that not all the halls were fully seated (only the veranda and the hall by the veranda)
Tea was carried for 20-25 minutes.. This is tea, not a hot dish.
But in general, everything is very fine!
Live music, an interesting format!
I liked the campfire area the most, it is very cozy and sincere, only for it there is a separate fee..

They booked a place near the window, put us at the aisle, where it is relatively dark since it is far from the windows, on both sides they were surrounded by other tables almost closely, it was uncomfortable to talk about personal things - the mood was spoiled. By the way, the dishes are so-so, mediocre. The receptionist alone behaved arrogantly, without greeting asked "have you booked?". I give 2 stars for the fact that the place itself is pretty.
