But the receptionists at the entrance said that due to the workload of the waiters, the waiting time for the order would greatly increase and we were refused. In this case, I will ask the management to pay attention to the required number of working staff! It turns out that you are not welcome to guests from the street ... And Mom had a birthday, by the way! The feedback on Instagram was also very upsetting. I didn't even get an apology in return. I emphasize that the boarding in the hall was not complete, and every day there is information in the story that the restaurant is waiting for guests and nothing about booking on weekends is indicated! The service is far from "VIP" level, you still have to grow and grow. I recommend starting with banal politeness and the limits of decency.

A restaurant of the "very very" level. By the water. A place on the chill. In my opinion, the interior is very decent. Lots of space, spacious. Summer terrace by the water. Live music. Corporate parties with cover bands and evenings with acoustic musicians. It's not cheap.

The building is excellent, fireplace, terrace. The food is for three or even worse - duck in a gray salad, apparently frozen; grilled corn was spoiled by smearing in parmesan. It is difficult to find a waiter, he does not know how to accept criticism - he ran away :) when I asked him to send a wish for corn to the kitchen. It does not compete with butterbro in terms of the taste of the dishes, only in terms of price.

And she asked me to immediately mark who marks DR so that during dinner she would not run after the admin and not ask to bring a cake with a candle.
Unfortunately, they forgot about the request, I had to remind them (it was not very pleasant, since I asked in advance)
In the kitchen at all for three, they took tuna with vegetables, the vegetables were firm.
Hostesses are not friendly, they look with an appraising look, they do not smile.
But the waiters are nice to them, there are no questions, they smile, create a pleasant atmosphere.
The restaurant is beautiful, the restaurant area is simply amazing.
