The delivery is confirmed, then it can be canceled at the very last moment for some far-fetched reason. The order through the shopping cart is not confirmed - you need to call back ten times and listen to the robot (it is almost impossible to get through to a live seller) and listen to excuses or explanations in the absence of goods in stock. I tried to order 3-4 times, then I spat. I do not recommend it categorically!

There was a need to buy a controller for the LED strip. I found this company by chance on the Internet. We called back to clarify the order quickly enough. They were also brought promptly at the appointed time. I will separately note very good prices. After a while, I also bought an RGB LED strip from them. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by the price. I picked it up myself from Pobediteley Avenue, so it was convenient for me. A good office, polite and professional staff. They worked quickly once again. Everything was checked and a guarantee was issued. Well done, I sincerely recommend this company. At least based on two deals with them.

I purchased an LED strip from this company "SMD 5050, 600 Led, IP65, 24V, Standart, RGB", Article number: 12133.
I chose it as the most powerful of what is offered on the site, the declared power is 28.8 Watts per meter.
After installing the tape and seeing how it shines, I doubted the reality of these indicators, measured the consumption of the remaining three meters of tape, and instead of 86.4 watts, it consumed only 55.
I asked the company about this issue, and they offered to transfer the rest of the tape for examination "to a laboratory in Russia."
I agreed, brought the tape, and received a certificate of acceptance of the product to determine the possibility of repair, in which the verification period was written in black and white - 30 days.
After 30 days, no one contacted me, a couple of days later, around three o'clock in the afternoon, I called the call center, asked how things were, to which they replied that the question was understood, we will contact you tomorrow (as if I called 5 minutes before closing, well, okay). No one called me back tomorrow, a day later I dialed again, then the employee had to strain himself and find out what was going on with the tape, and, as it turned out, "There has been no response from the supplier yet." To my question, what does the supplier have to do with it, if the tape was sent to the laboratory, I did not receive an answer, as well as explanations of what to do next - "Wait".
I never received any communication from the company, I filed a claim with a promise to go to court and sent it by registered mail, only after that they deigned to contact me, and in Viber, although by law they had to respond with a letter, which I have not received so far.
In Viber, I was told that the supplier believes that the tape corresponds to these indicators, that if I had not cut the tape, they would have entered the position and returned just the money (how kind you are), and that in general I incorrectly measure its power. (Here it already became interesting to me, having an education as an electrical engineer, to listen to Those who Know).
I was sent a video in which a young salesman of some left-wing brand (not what I bought at all) tells me that the tape will match the declared capacity only if we cut off ONE meter of tape and measure its consumption.
Well, if you sell such consumer goods, then where does the name ledPREMIUM come from?
I understand perfectly well that if I connect two coils of tape in series, then due to a voltage drop, the first 5 meters will consume more and shine brighter than the next 5 meters of tape.
But not to take out even one skein of tape?
After I reminded that I was interested in the opinion of the laboratory on measuring the tape and not the opinion of the supplier, and that it had actually been more than a month since I had been waiting for this, I was finally heard and the tape was adjusted for measurement.
And, lo and behold, the tape turns out to really not match the characteristics! They told me to take off the tape and bring it to the store, they will give me the money.
Then everything is without question, I gave the tape, I received the money.
And then the question arises, why am I writing this review?
And everything is simple, this tape is still sold on the website, its characteristics have not changed, all the same proud 28.8 Watts per meter.
It's better that I order on Alik next time and wait a month, at least the price there is adequate for the output power.

We arrived on Tuesday, the manager, an extremely incompetent and unpleasant friend, said that the amount of the "prepayment" now amounts to the full cost of the order and that the price may rise even by the time the goods are received. After 2 purchases in this store, there is a complete feeling that I bought a non-product from a cheap Chinese online store.

The consultant can easily calculate the length of the LED strip for the toilet illumination (0.9 m2), because his work colleague installed this LED strip for himself only yesterday and is happy: she lights up his room of 25 m2, which is enough for you to use the toilet. No!!! ** There won't be enough money. Their brains are not enough to calculate that it will be dark in the toilet. And upon presentation that I tried to measure the illumination with your ** fucking tape on my phone, so laugh in my face: buy the device for 2 and find the units and measure the illumination. And the fact that the fucking android pisses for this illumination is exactly the same for them.
The devil pulled to buy there again (they lure you with reduced prices, because they sell Chinese ones... forgeries).
When buying a power supply, he said that he was familiar with squeaking units, to which he saw the grin and misunderstanding of the salesman at the computer: fuck it, this does not happen here. And what do you think, their 12V power supply beeped like a * teacher. At the same time, I took a controller for a colored LED strip with buttons: I press green, yellow lights, I press red, blue lights, I press blue, green lights. I gave the fuck back, took the money. The sellers were not even surprised: it is their norm to take counterfeit goods to the warehouse. When I was waiting for the purchase for the first time, a man came and brought 4 of the 8 purchased lamps for replacement 3 weeks ago.
As a result, one thought: they sell what the Chinese could not sell-waste.
