One of the best clubs in Donetsk.... was I'll describe the gym, because I've only been there Positive: - A large gym with exercise equipment, although they were acquired 20-25 years ago, as soon as the club opened, but they have not lost their relevance, there is everything necessary for amateurs and professionals. The cardio zone is represented by about 20 exercise machines, it's a pity that only 7 of the 11 tracks work. Ellipses and bicycles seem to be in working condition - There are few people in the evening (why? I will write below) - Large changing rooms - There are showers - Hair dryers to dry off after a shower - It is warm and comfortable to change clothes in the changing rooms Minuses - the biggest and fattest disadvantage of this club is cleanliness, or rather its absence in some places. It seems that repairs were made this year on the ground floor, the hall was put in order, but when you go into the locker room (it is now combined with the locker room of the pool) here the first disadvantages begin – the floors are dirty, at one time there was often no toilet paper and liquid soap in the toilet (do you have people going to the pool, children are engaged, and if someone feels like it, then offer to wipe with your finger? Or how to get out of this situation?) plumbing has not been cleaned in showers and toilets for 100 years, elementary — sinks and toilets have not been cleaned from lime plaque for years, sometimes siphons are clogged and the water stupidly does not pass. I told the receptionist once - they punched a blockage in the sink. In 2 years of visiting the sinks and toilets in the locker room were not clean ONCE, did the shops run out of funds for this? Cleaning once every six months can at least be ordered, taking into account the prices for subscriptions to your club. I suggest that the management go around their possessions and draw appropriate conclusions. I noted that new visitors appear – they will work out for a month and that's it, I wonder why this is so? – Mirrors, exercise equipment and window sills in the gym have also not seen the purity fairy for a long time - There are no tremblers in the lockers (you need to ask at the reception and BE SURE to return it!) I've never seen anything like it anywhere. Their red price is 20 rubles, it doesn't seem like a million and you can provide all the lockers with such a trifle – Will I not write about shoe covers or will I? 5 rubles. Or you will not be allowed past the reception desk. Well, or be kind enough to change your shoes. I've been involved in many clubs, but this is the 2nd time I've seen this. The first club where this happened was immediately put on hold. Shoe covers? 5 rubles? Seriously? It is a pity that once one of the top and most expensive clubs in our city suffered such a fate .... I wish that some network bought you out and put you in order, the residents and guests of our city deserve the best!

I want to share my impressions of visiting the pool - we took a subscription to my mother. She always wore a regular shower cap, and she swims moderately. Then they bumped into a rubber cap. Like the hair gets into the water. They shoved it in for rent. Yes, she's slipping)) The hair is sticking out..they fall into the water)). There is no logic. Well, that's okay. Rules and all that. But the fact that the pool does not work on water days, but on any day and everyone swims with dirty butts is nothing, it seems to be normal for the administration. The fitness club is conveniently located. But with the arrival of the new headmistress, new incomprehensible orders began, then the changing rooms were changed from the women's to the men's, then the entrance was introduced in shoe covers, several good coaches were fired, the pool could be closed for a week, but the sauna could not be repaired for the third month in the women's locker room, they did not want to spend money on repairs and cleaning the premises, nothing was repaired but it only pretends that work is underway, although in fact austerity is on everyone and everything.They only want to earn money from customers and not invest anything in the club.Administrators and coaches greet selectively.Some are very attentive and friendly, but most of the staff pretend not to notice their customers, they say you need you and say hello.This attitude and "hospitality" discourages the desire to visit this institution
