From the point of view of location, it is convenient. It is located in the city center. From the point of view of the comfort of being in the building (especially in summer, when it's hot), it's not comfortable. The ventilation and air conditioning system is under repair for a year. The suspended ceiling has been dismantled, wires are hanging. Where the confectionery is located, the air conditioner is still working normally, and where the grocery, meat and fish departments are located, the stuffiness is incredible. If we talk about prices, then you will not be able to save much.
