At the beginning of the year, we ordered a bouquet for my mother and were very satisfied - beautiful flowers, polite pleasant service (ordered remotely via instagram).
On Mother's Day, the impression was completely spoiled - the store does not know how to cope with a large flow of orders, soberly assess its strength and say that it does not have time to fulfill the order (we applied late, and this would be absolutely normal).
Accordingly, instead of hearing a refusal and ordering flowers in another store, we were left without a bouquet (

We ordered a bouquet of calla lilies for the wedding. In 2 weeks, the final price of 1 flower was called 15p. In the evening (18:30) the day before the wedding, I wrote myself (although they promised to contact me in advance and coordinate the bouquet) to find out if everything was fine, and received a response at 19:30: "everything is fine, today we will send a photo of the bouquet, but the price is 20p per piece."
The flowers obviously did not just arrive, they could have written themselves, and I was not the initiator. They reached the last one so that I couldn't order from competitors. That's not how brides are treated on the eve of a wedding. You can't do that to customers at all.
I had to take a bouquet for 20p apiece, because there was no choice. And the photo of the finished bouquet was sent only in the morning.
I highly recommend that brides and no one else get involved.
After telling the team that worked with me, I got the answer that the brides had heard the same thing about them. They profit from hopelessness.

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The salon positions itself as a premium class. Prices are above the expensive mark!!! even by Minsk standards. 45 roses arrived at my mother's and the next morning they were hopelessly withered. Obviously, a long-standing shipment. But most of all, the attitude of the person to his clients is unclear. The order was delivered a week before the scheduled date. But the withered flowers were "leaked" to us. Do not repeat the mistakes. It's not the gold that glitters.

I ordered a bouquet with delivery to the institution. Everything was delivered as agreed. The flowers are very fresh (hydrangea). A week later, the bouquet did not wilt, despite the fact that the night was without water. They have departed and are pleasing to this day. I advise you!!!!

My sister and I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday in January, I liked everything very much. We decided to apply on Mother's Day to please my mother, because it is not always possible to come and congratulate her personally. However, mom was left without a bouquet - the store could not cope with the flow of offline customers and online orders. We were very upset. I do not advise you to contact if an influx of customers is expected, they may fail.
