I move around the city often and a lot, and sometimes I resort to one-time visits to different fitness clubs. It helps me plan my time more efficiently. I was unpleasantly surprised that a repeat one-time visit to this club costs 300k. This is probably done with the aim of motivating customers to purchase a subscription, and from some point of view it is justified. But this is absolutely not suitable for me. Overall, the gym is not bad, but the marketing techniques are controversial.

I wanted to buy an annual subscription, but before that I read the reviews that the air conditioners do not stand up in the summer. Accordingly, he asked me to somehow specify the temperature conditions in the contract. The sales manager (Artur) flatly refused. I asked to discuss this issue with the management, to which Arthur replied that they would contact me as soon as they received a response from the management. At the same time, they didn't even ask my contacts)
I concluded for myself that managers are not customer-oriented and complaints about the heat in the gym in the summer are most likely justified.
I hope my comment reaches the business owners. I sympathize with them as colleagues.

It's a good gym, but the hammam and sauna are a weak spot. The hammam and sauna are turned on and off when they want, customers are not introduced to this schedule. Recently, I called specially in advance and asked if the hammam was working. I arrive, but it has just been turned on, the tile is cold. Guys, well, you don't respect other people's time at all…

As for the amenities: The closet is small, nothing will fit. Lots of people. The shower is so-so. Total of 1 star.
About the gym: there are many treadmills. Everything is kept clean, the tools are new. There is everything you need. 5 stars.

On the one hand, there is a lot of space, a good choice of exercise equipment, but on the other... my husband and I took a night pass, which, in theory, should include group classes, a sauna, but it's all available until exactly 8 and 7 p.m., respectively, and the subscription starts at 10 p.m... the question is quite logical: why should I pay for something that I physically cannot receive? There are just a lot of people in the gym itself, there are not enough shops, 1 crossover for such a number of people is obviously not enough, and there is enough space to put at least one more. But the staff is very friendly, the changing rooms are huge, so 4 stars

I got chlorine poisoning, after visiting the hammam, rehabilitation took more than a month.
I purchased a subscription for the year before the New Year holidays "on a special offer" for 3.5 million. The action continues to this day...
there are always a lot of people, no matter how many times they come. The sauna and hammam used to work at the same time, now they have changed the initially stated conditions and include alternating days (sauna day, hammam day) which I also don't think is pretty.
I witnessed twice how a masked cleaner walks around the locker room with a bucket of bleach and pours this poison into the drain of the showers. Then these couples miraculously somehow ended up in a hammam, apparently the way the water drain is arranged there... As a result, after visiting the hammam with this smell of chlorine, I got chemical poisoning and started coughing with chest pain for a month...

Don't let yourself be drawn into their predatory games. Do research, talk to real customers and find a company that really values its subscribers and offers high-quality service.
