Good afternoon! The store is not bad, there is an abundance of products, but sellers need to be more attentive to the needs of the buyer. What a person wants, then give it to him, it was we who were offered a combined version, the black pattern was diluted with white, sewn the wrong way (a lot of money for sewing). In fact, tulle with a black pattern would look great in our apartment. It's a pity that we were turned off the path, the window in my opinion does not look the way I would like to look at it. And there is a lot of fabric, 5 meters is enough for 3 meters of window width, not 10 in general, such a magnificent assembly was not needed, I would like to stretch the pattern, in general, there was a residue, unpleasant! Now I've been looking at this window for years....

The products themselves are good, BUT the seller who works there - there are no words! The service is zero! It was not the first time I bought tulle there and the sellers were previously competent - they will always tell me, consult on the assortment and sizes. Now there is no fish or meat. You ask for some advice, and in response, I do not know. The service is long. Is this the seller? The Lenta store has recently opened in Trinity, so it's nice to go there: the seller will consult, help with the choice, with the sizes. Not everyone can initially specify the dimensions correctly. On Gorky, the seller has a crown on his head. By the way, I visited this store on Gorky Street on 04/20/2023 and never set foot there again. I believe that in such stores there should be more friendly and competent sellers in their business!
