We had a rest during the New Year holidays in 2025. I really liked the hotel! The TWIN room is small, but meets the stated amenities and services. Towels were changed every day, and linen was changed on the third day. Everything is clean. On New Year's Eve, they brought a bottle of champagne and a plate of tangerines for free! The champagne is Abkhaz, very tasty, not seen in Russia, already searched…
Separately about the restaurant. This is a super restaurant, the portions are very large, everything is so delicious!👍 The declared breakfast is very tasty and a lot, we didn't eat everything, we took it with us for lunch. The waiters are very attentive, friendly, and cool! In general, everything was great! Not far from the embankment of the Makhajirs, we walked there. By the way, the temperature was 8-14 degrees Celsius in the afternoon, it was sunny! Beauty!😍

The hotel is beautiful. There are many places where we have rested and we can compare them, but everything here is really top notch. Nice rooms, comfortable, modern furniture, and overall everything is tastefully decorated. Cleanliness, pleasant smell everywhere - this is an important point for me. We plan to come again.

The Leon Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Sukhum. Convenient location, cozy rooms, wonderful cuisine and of course great staff. Separately, I would like to express my gratitude to the administrator of Victoria. She is so friendly and does her job well with a large flow of customers, she always explained everything very politely and calmly to everyone and at the same time did her job clearly, creating an atmosphere of friendliness!
We will definitely return to this hotel next year.
