2 stars is an assessment of the center and the employee for visiting on 04/28/24, And to the excellent specialist of the center - Dr. Verkhovodkina - I would give 6 stars out of 5 possible (the doctor is polite, tactful (I'm not talking about artificial "lisping and licking", but about human adequate politeness and tact of the specialist to the client), knows his business clearly and performs it efficiently, accurately and professionally - 100%!).
But the review is not about her. Unfortunately, there was no free appointment with Verkhovodkina's doctor and she is going on vacation - she had to sign up "blindly". When making an appointment for laser hair removal
, the administrator called the name of the doctor - Orekhov, I looked at Lesante's photo and information about her on the website - a cosmetologist - I thought "great" (according to the photo: age about 35+, brunette with long hair). But when I came to the procedure and saw the doctor, I did not recognize her at all from the photo from the website, there was a feeling that her mother (age about 55, white-yellow blonde with short hair) was wearing a badge with the surname Orekhova, who certainly does not work as a doctor at the center for aesthetic medicine... Further, even more "interesting" - Orekhova could not read my full name correctly from the card - the question is, why embarrass yourself in front of a client who is the only one sitting in the lobby of the center - is it not more polite to invite just by name??? And even, like, with a grin, tell me that they wrote on the card in such a way that it is impossible to read ... ??? Why else put the blame on the administrators?
Then she tried to hush up this situation and be more polite and caring: asking me about the painfulness of the procedure, and performing the procedure three times in the armpit area… but in the bikini area, the "doctor" performed the procedure somehow too fluently and "in places" - either disgust, or unprofessionalism ... Then the next joint - she called the skin in the area of bruises on her legs "dark", and therefore, from her words, "it is impossible to perform laser hair removal in the area of bruises" - so here it is necessary to enlighten the "cosmetologist" that it is not the skin that is "dark", but it is the skin that does not change, since a bruise is the impregnation of subcutaneous fat with blood!, and it is not worth doing laser hair removal in such places because of hypersensitivity / soreness. And also, the "cosmetologist" is not aware of modern SPF products, which can be not only white, but also with a beige shade.
Conclusions : - the center misleads customers (information about specialists / doctors of the center on the website is not true)
- the doctor / specialist does not know how to communicate with clients , namely , it is elementary to invite to an appointment by first name and patronymic;
- Orekhova has shown herself to be not competent and not a professional specialist in laser hair removal, and in general there are questions about the qualifications of this doctor.
- It will be necessary to partially redo the procedure due to its defective / substandard execution, which means that you need to overpay about 60 rubles…
There is no trust in the center as a whole now, but there is only 1 specialist (Verkhovodkina), to whom I will continue to turn.
