The store is large, and there are many products. A good selection of perfumes, which is not even available in the USA, but they still have to walk and walk to the last.
The funny thing is, there's no one in the audience. Not even a single modest consultant. I found only 2 cashiers for the entire store!
There was also a guard, but you can carry cars past him...
In front of me, one marginal person poured half a bottle on herself for 800 rubles.😅
If you like to walk around and choose something yourself, you're welcome, no one will bother you, not even other customers.

The idea is good, the picture is beautiful, but in fact it's nothing. There are testers - there is no product, there is a product - there is no tester. Prices are not indicated for all perfumes. Spray guns have been removed from some of the perfume testers, this is a very low level. The maximum benefit of the "consultants" is to offer help when everything is selected and I'm on my way to pay for the purchase. Yes, they have no time, everyone is busy replacing price tags and communicating with each other. But the price tags still do not have time to change, the price at the checkout and in the hall is different, not in favor of the buyer, of course. You can spend time and effort here, but it's okay to choose something and leave satisfied.

It is unclear why they came to Belarus. Earlier, more than a year ago, at least the online store was working, it was possible to order something from Russia. And now it's melancholy. No website, no social media accounts, no app. I can't even find a phone number anywhere. There are no options to find out the assortment, availability of the product and its price, just go to an offline point. The consultants promise to answer questions about the website/application, but when no one knows, they say the programmers are in no hurry, even though more than a month has passed since the store opened in Belarus. Why make a launch if you're not ready for it?

A year has passed, and there are positive changes: the site has finally started working, and bonuses can now be used.
But there is still this infuriating topic with the lack of a price tag on the stand, where there are perfumes that are positioned by the store as niche. Well, do it like in Kravta/The perfumer has separate small cards with a list of flavors and prices. As a customer, I don't want to contact a consultant for the price of every fragrance I like and wait for the consultant to leaf through his Talmud with unopened price tags. I know a lot about perfumes, I know what I need and I'm able to make my own choice. And when evaluating a perfume, I want to see the price right in front of my eyes so that I can assess whether I am ready to buy it for the indicated price. And this is not to mention the fact that the consultant flipping through the folder with price tags next to the stand "a la niche" does not look like a niche in any way.

I bought a certificate in the store, the computer froze and they took money from my card 2 times. As a result, for 3 months we could not resolve the issue of transferring funds back. I went to remind myself, I wrote, I went to the bank. When I had already done everything in my power, I wrote to the administrator, the money was transferred, I will not go to this store and I do not advise it. There is no staff at the workplace, people have to wait at the checkout for 5 minutes, some just left without waiting. Terrible attitude towards customers.

I rarely come in. Every time I catch myself thinking that all these L'Etoile, Girlfriend are absolutely superfluous in Minsk, because there is nothing new in them. The assortment is meager, the prices are ordinary, sometimes overpriced. The star behind The Balm, this brand used to be in Kravt, is now missing. Everything is pretty neat on the shelves, and this is also a star. But otherwise, there is a sense of some kind of nonsense. Not my coat, alas.
P.S. I will add, so to speak, impressions. I made a purchase and received 10 bonuses on the card. The seller warned that the bonuses can be spent within a month. Okay I look into the store in a few days, I'm going to make a new purchase and spend these vaunted bonuses. So what? And this cannot be done without a "completed questionnaire on the site."
