The review concerns the online store and offline. I made an order, paid, and arrived at the store in the Galileo shopping center, where there seemed to be a lot of consultants. But my order was not collected. And the most important thing was that I didn't have what I needed, two of the six positions I was going for were missing. Judging by the online store, there were enough of them, but it turned out to be invalid. I spent my time on all this, standing there for 40 minutes while the staff tried to find the product, and yes, I would not have made an order if I knew that there were no such items.
Plastic bags are also annoying. Isn't it already so difficult to order paper ones? People pay for them anyway.

I would like to share my impressions of visiting the store in the Expobel shopping center . I stopped by after work to buy my daughter a scrub as a gift. While talking to her on the phone to coordinate the fragrance and at the same time sniffing the jars, I accidentally did not notice that one of the jars was not a tester. I lifted the foil to take a sniff. A consultant approached me, but she didn't warn me that not all cans have the "tester" sticker and there are very few testers in general, so I have to be very careful! What started here! A guard with a distorted face ran up to me - pay or we'll call the police. He kept talking about some kind of bitten bread (did he work in a grocery store before?). I paid for it, but I'll never visit you again while walking through the mall.There are other stores that have enough testers and better prices.

We recruited staff from the street based on an ad. There is absolutely no concept of customer orientation here. There are no testers in the hall, they are not marked in any way. If you want to smell something, the guard who counts crows abruptly runs up and says that you opened the jar, even though it was opened before you. After that, they threaten you with the police and force you to buy it. Neither me nor my friends will ever set foot here in my life. I've been going to ZIA all my life, and the staff there will never allow themselves such an attitude in my life. Even in a Mile, employees don't behave like that, let alone say that…
