I am glad that there is an atmosphere of peace and order here. The books are arranged and laid out in strict order. Lots of light and space. Attentive staff will be happy to pick up the right book by interest, offer a choice, or bring it from the depths of the repository. There is a reading room, a corner for young readers, a wardrobe and a toilet room. Convenient parking for cars, and there is a public transport stop 100 meters away. If you want to read a good book, I recommend that you come here to Shevchenko Boulevard, to this cozy little library.

As a child, I often went to the library, I remember the staff for a long time: they caused some kind of fear, they were very strict. It was scary to make a noise or ask something. Now she is an adult, she signed up with her children, the staff were sincerely glad, recommended literature, helped to find it on the shelves. It was pleasant, homely atmosphere and very good-natured staff. I liked it, we will visit!

Boorish behavior of one of the employees. To my great regret, my mother (88 years old) came across this and does not know the first and last name of the employee. When my mom was in the hospital, I signed up at this library to borrow books for her. And so it remained. Mom borrowed books under my last name and it never raised any questions. Recently, my mother, as always, brought books for exchange. The librarian just attacked her, scolded her. Like a girl, she made me change it to my last name. She talked boorishly and mentorically. In the end, she stated that because of people like my mom, she might not finish her job until retirement. Do you understand anything? I'm all right. If this woman is of retirement age, then how can she work in the library for so long with such a boorish attitude towards people, especially much older than her? I would like the authorities to read this post and talk to the librarian. Although my mother is no longer in danger of meeting this employee again. She won't even approach her anymore.

Previously, there was a very sad choice of modern books, now I see that their assortment is expanding. The staff are older women, but all are quite pleasant, if necessary, they will help you choose the right book. Of the disadvantages, there are very few books for learning foreign languages.

It was necessary to print out several sheets from a USB flash drive. In the process of the work I started, I found out that there was no cashless payment, I asked to finish without me to withdraw cash, to which I was told that they would not do anything and in general let's run quickly, you came very late (in 20 minutes before closing) as luck would have it, the two nearest ATMs were not serviced and only the third managed to cash out the money. When I returned, I was reproached for running around for a long time (by the way, a couple of sheets were printed without me), BUT it turned out that all the sheets were printed on the wrong scale, i.e. they stretched to the limit and the text was cut off. The request to redo was naturally refused, and the request to throw it away was answered: "I don't need it!"...I just gave 7 rubles for a boorish attitude and an abominably done job! I also listened in a dismissive tone of discontent that they would not have time to close on time because of me, and in general, there was nothing to give me change with (but sorry, the ATM does not issue coins), accompanied by clucking and disappointed sighs. P.S.- If my review suddenly reads the management of this place, then please conduct an "educational program" with employees on the use of computers and equipment, as well as on the basics of services provided and rules of conduct with visitors.
