My child goes to judo and swimming. The child likes everything, walks with pleasure. Excellent coaches: Andrey Hegai is a judo coach, very cool. Demanding and very reliable. I found an individual approach to the child, and I am always in touch with my parents; Abdukakhor is a swimming coach, a cool coach, an excellent instructor 👍👍

I bought an annual subscription and now I regret it. I bought it for the sake of certain group classes, but it turned out that you need to sign up for them using the application at 7:00 in the morning. Well, it's not a problem to get up early, the whole problem is that at 6:58, 6:59 the application is working, everything is OK, and at 7:00 it hangs and does not react in any way to your futile efforts to sign up for at least somewhere that you originally wanted to get to. 2 minutes pass, and oh, the miracle of the application works, but alas, there are no places for training anymore! So, I already regretted that I took an annual subscription.

Pros: A large area, recently renovated in the common room, there is a swimming pool and several types of saunas, the staff is pleasant, the pros are over.
Minuses:
1) there are few towels and bathrobes, if there are any - most of them are worn out, threads are hanging. Due to the lack of towels for feet, visitors lay face towels and bath towels on the dirty floor under their feet.
2) Lack of exercise equipment. A lot of people walk during rush hour (from 19 to 21 hours), because of this, there are queues for simulators! For some reason, trainers work together with clients, and are occupied by simulators. There are generally enough running tracks, but some are cut down at high speed.
3) In the showers, half of the taps live their own lives, you involuntarily take a contrasting shower - then boiling water, then ice water. I can imagine what will happen to small children - you can get scalded.
4) At the entrance, not everyone wears shoe covers, and no one controls it properly, dirt often goes into the locker rooms, then what's the point of shoe covers?
5) Bottles are changed at the wrong time on dispensers (especially in the locker room), paper towels are quickly running out near the sink.
I hope the review will be read by the management or representatives of the club, because the feedback at the reception does not give any sense.

Firstly, it is convenient to drive up from different sides, and secondly: they are met by very cultured men in black (security), who greet each other with a kind smile, and help to get in/out, etc. I am often with a child (bags, stroller) - for which they have a huge RAKHMET and great respect! Inside, everything is very spacious, the level feels high. Most importantly, everyone radiates positivity and kindness. I'm talking about the reception, the coaches, the office. There is a lot of variety for children. There is a specialized beauty corner, but this is for the female part, but my daughter really likes it. Everything is at the highest level. I want to go there myself, the price is very reasonable, in terms of similar establishments, I think so. Residents, like relatives, have such communication in the sauna, as if the guys who have been friends for a long time have gathered.

The most luxurious fitness room. This is the second year I've been going there. Everything is wonderful and at the highest level. 15 minutes walk from the house. Great location. The fitness club is relatively high quality, very optimal, but far from fresh in general. The changing rooms are cozy, but the closets are too small, the spa area is excellent, a small pool (3 lanes) in which, in principle, you can always swim, three steam rooms(hammam, infrared and Finnish), swimming pool for children and infants. The staff is always polite, except for those staff (cloakroom attendants, cleaners). Prices for personal training are inflated, the gym is well-conditioned, and there are queues for exercise equipment on weekdays in the evening. In general, an excellent fitness club for its price. I advise everyone!

Good fitness, lots of exercise equipment and understandably a lot of people who need them. We have set up work with coaches, especially in the pool. If you want to teach a child to swim, you are welcome here. There are conditions for infant swimming. Spacious changing rooms and the whole room is not cramped.
