Excellent group training coaches. Always fun and active. 4 stars, because there are some small questions about the hall itself. First of all, there are only two toilets in such a huge hall. If you didn't go home or didn't arrive in advance, then you may be late for training because of the queue. 😂 Big request to the administration, make markings on the floor in the hall where the step classes are held. Firstly, the grip of the step with the floor will be better, and secondly, the participants of the lesson will become in a normal order. And it always goes wrong. Someone has a lot of space, and someone is dancing in the bathroom. Well, there are lockers in the locker room. Normal, but also in the evening and there is not enough space to turn around and shops. Well, some lockers won't open or close. Either the lock is stuck, or the cabinet is skewed. Little things, but it would be perfect without them.
One big plus is unlimited subscriptions. Thanks for them) you can train as much as you want. Although they cause the most violent crowds at times))) There aren't even enough keys for a locker room.

The hall looks great, and the reception greets you right at the entrance. A bar has recently opened, where you can drink coffee and buy goodies.
The staff is friendly and will help you find the subscription and training conditions you need.
The coaches are very friendly. The equipment is in good condition. I wouldn't say it's time to change anything.
Of course, I would like a bigger bathroom, otherwise if a slightly overweight person suddenly comes in, it will not be very convenient and practical.

A nice, large hall. A large number of simulators, each of which has a QR code, clicking on which shows how to use the equipment correctly. Water is freely available. There are many different weights, straps, mfr rolls, balls, cubes, etc.
There are completely understandable different zones - stretching, strength training, a large dumbbell row, several halls for group classes.
Free useful lectures are organized for the visitors of the club, where wonderful coaches speak.
The club is developing, offering different types of season tickets and training, where you can find exactly what you want for yourself.
The prices are pleasant, various promotions are often held!

I love this gym, you can always approach the coach on duty. The group classes are conducted by real professionals, especially I like yoga. The hall has all the necessary equipment and it is constantly being updated.

A good gym with good exercise equipment. I liked the course for beginners fitness start with coach Victoria. Fully and with all the nuances explains and shows how to properly perform warm-up and stretching at the beginning and further performance on simulators for a specific muscle group.

Over the past 1.5 years, many qualified coaches have left, and we still need to choose whom to go to. The number of visits is not controlled at group meetings, sometimes there is not even a place to put a rug. The girls at the reception are often sad, sometimes they won't say "hello". On the day off, I came to training at 8.48 (starting at 9), they didn't give me the key, saying wait another 2 minutes. You come up at 8.50, I ask, what exactly was the problem with giving out the key right away, the answer is "they don't pay me extra for it." And what is the client's fault here?
There are also a lot of people in the gym. It's terribly stuffy in summer, and the ventilation in the group rooms is very poor.
Poor cleaning in the locker room, you go up to the administration to tell them what's leaking from your shoes (everyone has shoe covers), they say that there's a cleaner somewhere, but they can't do anything. Excuse me, do clients wipe the floor in the locker room on their own?

It's boiling over.
- There are no "mats" in the locker room.
- The air is always stale, the smell of mold and the hoods in the shower clogged with rags of dust.
- Filthy slippery, slimy walls and partitions in the shower.
- The most uncomfortable lockers.
- 4 benches for the entire locker room.
- 2 bent "spoons" for shoes for the entire locker room.
- There are few exercise machines in the cardio zone - there are always queues except in the morning. But the "green mats" are occupied by chewing nedotreners, listlessly poking at the lying "boys" in pink T-shirts and rainbow socks, with a percussion massager, and flipping through the phone with the other hand.
- Absence of a coach on duty in the gym (not once in five months in the morning).
- Not a single coach in the gym, with a badge or a T-shirt (bike, etc.) indicating that this is a coach.
- The most inconvenient work schedule (on weekdays from 7, on weekends from 9.00).
- Expensive. It is very expensive, compared to adequate, with many times better service and comfort, halls in Minsk.
The last straw, at 7:00, upon arrival at training, was the news about the shower closed for repairs... Just a sign at the reception and a similar sign on the shower door. Without any prior notification, without SMS, without an email, without anything. But the administration of the hall does an excellent job with sending spam about paid lectures, etc. in the above ways.
Of the advantages: within walking distance from the house, there are exercise machines ... everything...
The worst room.
Upd. It was the second week of repairs... And how are you going to compensate for missing classes by clients because of your fault?
Or don't you care, you got the money for the season tickets and don't care about anything?..

Positive:
This is the best gym in this location. It is spacious, clean, bright, a lot of group activities, personal trainers are involved (without phones and sitting five meters away), there is a water cooler. The main advantage in the gym is excellent coaches in group classes.
But why can't you somehow control the attendance of training sessions? There are regular promotions and discounts in the gym, and then it is absolutely impossible to get into classes. Moreover, not only in the evening, but also in the morning and afternoon on weekdays.
The gym has come up with a system: mark workouts with an icon in the app, where there are fewer people, based on the results of the past week. But as a result, one week there are few people in training, and the next week it is impossible to practice: nevertheless, they saw that there were few people, and went there. Why can't you just enter an entry in the app for all classes? Then the number of people will be comfortable and there will be enough inventory for everyone.
Now, as a result of the campaign, new visitors have come: there are a ton of people in group classes who do not understand basic etiquette in the hall. For example, during a quiet workout with quiet music, a woman has constant sound alerts from messengers, they respond and get distracted, the phone is thrown so that you can crush or accidentally touch it during the exercise: there is no place.
That's how they bring in new customers, and the old ones will just leave.

I've been training here for several months now and I want to say that this is the best gym in the area. A very spacious room with lots of light. It's a pleasure to train. The gym has all the necessary equipment. There are two warm-up areas with artificial grass. I liked the atmosphere in the hall. Coaches and administrators always smile and say hello. You can easily turn to them for help. There are many group activities. I've come to love stretching to relax after a hard workout.

I have been going to different halls in Minsk for many years, but this is the first time I have come across such an attitude and hassle from the administrators of the hall on the Logoi tract. I'm looking at the nearest suitable object in AllSports, it seems OK. At the reception desk, the money was debited through AllSports, but the visit was refused. They require a passport. How many times I don't go to the halls, I don't remember that a passport was required to visit. Usually, for free admission, they require that you do not walk in circles. They are not allowed to pass without a passport. I assure you that AllSports has the necessary personal data and they see the photos too. But they say the opposite, they say the client is a fool. I show photos and my full name in my application - it turned out to be not convincing for them. I'm taking a new photo against the background of this hall, it seems I was barely convinced. But that's not all, they refuse to visit again. They say you need a valuable thing as collateral, then we'll just skip it. In exchange for a locker key. But there was nothing suitable with me and again a categorical refusal. I demand a written refusal, because the visit has already been written off in the application. They refuse. They say that they say I should have known some rules. I'm asking where? They say on the website. I go to the website from my phone and it is not possible to find these strange rules there. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't find it. They say that they steal keys in bundles and this is a normal practice. It is a normal practice for them to take money for a visit and refuse to visit. Guys, if YOU have such problems, then it is normal practice to put combination locks, as normal halls do, if such a problem exists. I'm a new client and I came to study, I probably would have come here often and for many years, but now I definitely don't. Who visits the gym, be careful, there are probably a lot of strange things in the rules that are so difficult to find somewhere.

There is no customer orientation of the hall and the management on the Logoi tract.
I came with the problem of late withdrawal of money from the subscription card, as well as their refund due to the inability to visit the gym more for family reasons. The administration did not even try to delve into the problem, they just made a standard unsubscribe and "goodbye".
In addition, the halls are constantly filled for group classes. And so much so that the distance from you to another person is 10cm. I even went to a stretching session once, and there were so many people that there was nowhere to put a rug. I just came and left, it turns out, it's a shame.
Group meetings with pre-registration are a separate problem. Recording in a few days and it seems to be good, but ... They constantly sort out places in 5 minutes from the beginning of recording (and only 10-15 people can sign up), well, then before the start of training, they cancel the reservation, and you won't change your plans anymore. Although at other group meetings, as you already understood, 20+ people (lol) enter the hall, it would be possible to come up with something already.
Plus, the work in the application wants to leave the best.
In general, I do not recommend it. Walk around for a month, and then you get tired of coming to the gym and studying with such an attitude.

Great gym! Very clean, beautiful dressing rooms, there is drinking water. I liked the solution with the "green zones" - these are places in the hall where you can spread out a rug and, for example, do a stretch or an MFR. There are quite a few people in the hall, but on a weekday after 17:00, no one bothered me to study anyway. All the training equipment I needed was presented in the gym.
In general, I felt "at ease" in this room. If I'm in Minsk, I'll definitely come to this club again 😊

I have visited several coaches and, alas, I can say that for myself I did not find someone there who would suit me both professionally and humanly. Personal coaching - you should feel comfortable on it. I did not have such feelings (the biased attitude of one of them (I will not write the name, because this is still a subjective opinion) I was at several training sessions - the training itself was normal - maybe there was not enough load for me. But the mood of the coach and his frequent attacks and moralizing (they did not concern the training itself and my performance) prevented me from enjoying the process - I wanted to leave the hall faster ((( the only word is uncomfortable (( I had a feeling that I was throwing it up ((
Watching the work of other coaches in the gym- I liked the work of Andrey and Tatina- I could see their involvement and clearly the clients were comfortable working with them))
Maybe after a while I'll try to sign up for coaching with them.
I think that the manner of communication of coaches should be controlled somehow too!! When you come to the gym , you don't want to be treated haughtily , coldly ((
