Wonderful hotel, great location in the center. Very friendly staff, cleaned the room every day, changed shower accessories, water, tea/coffee. There are slippers and bathrobes in the room. The breakfasts are great, every day there is a different hot, insanely delicious everything, especially seasonal vegetables and fruits, and what delicious fried eggs with tomatoes, baked vegetables, cutlets, mashed potatoes, local cheeses, smoked meats, coffee and much more! And I was also very pleased when a delicious porridge was specially cooked for my child for breakfast.... It was very touching! Thank you so much for your hospitality! I really liked the Lilia hotel, I will recommend it to all my friends!

Among the advantages of the hotel, cleaning every day, convenient location, friendly staff, delicious though meager breakfast.
Of the minuses: one of the beds had a terribly uncomfortable mattress covered in bumps; a cramped room for three, no hooks at the entrance for outerwear; no view from the window (for someone it is important)
In general, we were satisfied with everything for a 4-day stay in beautiful Yerevan🫶

A very nice and quiet hotel in the center of Yerevan. We had a rest in early December. The rooms are small but cozy. Accessories are updated every day, there is not enough hanger at the entrance to the room for outerwear) We had a room on the 2nd floor with a view of the mosque and the courtyard, it was not noisy, perhaps with rooms on the road - it was loud from the busy avenue, along which cars constantly drive. Very thorough cleaning every day. There is central heating, they heat very well, even the battery was turned down, hot water also flows regularly, the pressure is only weak, but it is quite possible to wash. The breakfasts are delicious and homemade. No frills, but eat up. Porridge, something from an egg (omelet or scrambled eggs), a cutlet or sausage, a side dish (pasta, rice), a couple of types of bakery products, fermented dairy products, cheese, sausage, vegetables - everything is quite enough. The hotel is located in an apartment building, which has a negative effect - poor sound insulation. I can hear everything) but you can live)) it is located near the center, 10 minutes to Republic Square, cafes and restaurants - 5 minutes, a huge shopping mall with a grocery store 24 hours is also nearby, 5 minutes walk, the hotel is located next to the Blue Mosque, which is a landmark. The hotel has an exchange office where you can exchange rubles for local drams at a favorable rate. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian. I recommend visiting this hotel.

Excellent location, 5-10 minutes walk to the center. The room is comfortable. The breakfasts are a bit poor, but they make real coffee. The staff is friendly, there is a currency exchange office right in the hotel with a good exchange rate

A pleasant hotel, in a very convenient location.
- There's a great rock bar nearby, Sheim, if you like ipu.
- Close to the Ararat Museums, modern art, the Central Mosque, the beautiful Yerevan City store.
❣️Very friendly staff, thanks to all the staff!
The windows of the room were in a quiet residential courtyard.
The only thing I didn't like was that when I took a shower, the entire bathroom floor was flooded.
The hotel has an excellent exchanger, very popular, they helped out once.

You can definitely stop here. Perfect cleanliness in the room, floors, surfaces -cleaned daily!
They make the bed, put everything in its place.
The bed is snow-white, no stains and yellowness.
There are for guests: bathrobes, brushes, paste, shampoo, gel.
A bottle of water per person per day.
Hearty, homemade breakfasts.
Convenient location
There is an exchange office inside.
In my view, the pillows need to be replaced, or maybe I'm used to sleeping on higher ones.
I would also like to note the increased audibility in the rooms, this does not overshadow the rest in general, but could be accompanied by additional comfort.

It opens onto a busy street. 6 rooms on 2 floors (1st and 3rd) in a residential building. The rooms are made quite modernly. Breakfast buffet on the 1st floor at the reception. There is a currency exchanger with a good exchange rate (used locally). Almost the very center of the city.

Great location, good breakfast. But the audibility in the rooms is just terrible.. You can hear the neighbors behind the wall, and the walls are shaking from the closing doors in the neighboring rooms along the corridor, in addition to the terrible roar, so do not expect to sleep if someone gets up before you
