It was, to put it mildly, a little pleasant when I couldn't go into the hotel (the hotel guests who came out to breathe on New Year's Eve helped)
the hotel has multiple entrances, there is no attendant, the reception is locked, which means I couldn't call a taxi to the airport in the morning. I had to turn to passers-by and ask for help.

Despite the fact that the hotel's website indicates a "24-hour front desk" open until 22. When specifying a late check-in, they withdrew money and promised to send instructions on how to "get to the hotel at night."
As a result, at two o'clock in the morning we kissed the closed door. No one responded to calls to the numbers indicated on the door and at the reception.
After another hour of useless waiting, they froze, spat on their pride, took their suitcases and walked in the direction of the old town. Where an hour later they found a luxury hotel in an old building with breakfast included and five euros cheaper.
Bottom line: incompetent and greedy guys. Overpriced. They may leave you sleeping on the street just because, but here's why.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, clean, the room has everything you need. The breakfast is not great, but it is quite decent. You will definitely not stay hungry. There is free parking at the entrance. There is a large shopping mall not far from the hotel. We walked to the historical center for 30- 40 minutes with a five-year-old child. We looked at the city, took pictures, and enjoyed the viewing platforms, or rather the excellent view.
