The best ski equipment store. There is not much choice in Moscow right now, but here there is just a great selection of a dozen brands. Prices are 40 percent cheaper than Moscow. I advise everyone before the ski season. Write to anyone who needs to bring it.

In July 24, I purchased Scarpa Zodiac Tech GTX trekking boots here at an un-discounted price of $350.
After that, I went on my first hike in them (about 20km long, 1.6km climb, 2 hours of fine rain). I was also wearing leggings and a knee-length raincoat.
As a result, the following happened:
1. shoes made of orange suede dyed my hiking trousers, in a cat. I've been walking for 5 years without any problems
2. The Scarpa inscription on the insoles is completely erased
3. The shoes are soaked through
I took them to the store, thinking it was a warranty case. As a result, I received a call from the store and was refused an exchange or refund, explaining that they tested the shoes 3 times for half an hour in water, and they did not leak. My other comments were ignored.
I will clarify that in this store I have made purchases of more than $ 3,000 in 2 years.
Whether to buy shoes in this store or not is up to you.

A small selection of bicycles. The range includes grevels, hardtails, two-suspension and road chains. Two folding bicycles and a citibike.
There are very few accessories, and helmets too.
Half of the bikes are from previous years. 1.5 million tenge each with weak equipment. It's understandable why they don't buy it.
I was pleased with the presence of top-level Cube bicycles on HT brakes.

Огромный ассортимент, в отделе горного туризма работает отличный парень, всё рассказал, помог подобрать. Если бы у вас такие сотрудники работали во всём магазине, только к вам бы и ходили. Очень вялые девушки в отделе одежды, готова была купить 4 слоя одежды, но мне так и не смогли толком ничего подсказать, вытягивать приходилось ответы на вопросы.

Хороший выбор спортивных товаров и аксессуаров. Представлены многие спортивные бренды. Цены космос. Покупали резиновую шапочку для плавания, самая простая 6000т. Парковка есть, со сложным заездом, но постоянно забита машинами сотрудников близлежащих организаций.

Хороший доступный магазин ! Цены немного завышены но не критично ! Единственный минус нет выбора по размерам в наличии хотя на сайте пишут что есть звонишь говорят да приезжайте а по итогу их нет 😂! Вот из за этого минуса ставлю 4 звезды а так зачет продавцам все молодцы , терпеливо вежливо грамотно делают свою работу !!!

Работа каспи менеджера ужасная!
Заказал товар на каспи , товар был в наличии на сайте, приехал - товара нет.
Менеджер (молодой , высокий, после школы видимо) вышел, говорит решим в тот же день, отправим доставкой. Естественно , в тот же день никто не позвонил и не написал. И так случилось еще 3 дня, пока сам не позвонил выяснять где мой товар.
Через время пишет на ватсап , что товар готов к отправке и просит выслать код каспи (что противоречит политике каспи). Код я не выслал , сказал только после получения товара. В итоге менеджер отменил заказ.
Сервис БОМБА!
Гоните таких менеджеров!!!

Магазин хороший, но продавцы - не консультанты. Слышать вопрос «Вам помочь чем-нибудь?» как-то дико. Купите им книгу по продажам, пусть почитают. И еще вопрос «Вам подсказать что-нибудь?» тоже из это среды. Не надо их задавать.
И еще два минуса магазина:
1. Вечно жарко и зимой и летом (кстати, у вас консервы стоят в мягкой упаковке, я не поленился, посмотрел требования по хранению: не выше +25. А в магазине жарче);
2. Нет кулера для воды для покупателей. На фоне п.1 это очень актуально.
