An amazing store. It seems that the person who picks up the phone does not work at all in this store and gives completely false information. In August 2020, they called and asked about shoe stretching (which store has it?). We were told that shoe stretching is present in the store at 49 Kievskaya Street (peres. Sovetskaya Street) and 117 Kievskaya Street. Since we are a young family and we have absolutely no one to leave the child, we had to take him with us and go to the nearest store for us on Kievskaya Street / Sovetskaya Street. But when we arrived there, we were told that there was no shoe stretching in this store, but there was in another store (as I learned later, of the three branches there is only 117 Kievskaya Street). bravo!!! In the heat, to come with a child ... We arrived at 117 Kievskaya Street. They asked for shoe stretching. The girls started shouting the name of some guy ... barely screamed and so ... lo and behold ... from the other end of the hall, a guy came waddling, with an imposing gait (as if everyone in the world owed him) and said in a pompous tone only one word "Yes!?". They explained that the shoes were bought from you and a stretch was needed. Stretching makes sense only if you stretch it wide, if you have problems with a long one, don't even try ... there is no point. In general, the rating for a telephone consultation is 1/10. I would like to mention the polite sellers (girls), only thanks to them remains a pleasant shopping experience.
