The hostel is clean and cozy. The staff is smiling and friendly. There is free Wi-Fi. Convenient location with Almaty 2 railway station. I was satisfied with my choice. Recommend.

For this money, I expected to see a terrible bedbug that stank of homeless people, but I got to a pretty decent place where I spent 2 nights well. Very clean bathrooms for so many people. Convenient location near the train station.

We stayed in this hostel for exactly 40 minutes. But in order: The reservation was made in advance, 20% of the total amount was paid. The director on the phone was very insistent that the hostel was brand new, fresh, and well renovated. Upon arrival, people were in a slight shock, the locks do not work at the doors, and if you can close the room from the outside and step away for a while, then you cannot lock it from the inside. And in the rest of the rooms, the brothers from India live safely, their eyes sparkle and salivate at the sight of a woman walking down the corridor. And in addition to everything, they cook something in a small kitchen that stinks terribly in all rooms. The rooms are already very tired of repairs, there are no Windows, bedding seems to have come from the war. And there are two toilets with a shower inside for 40 people. And the audibility is excellent in all rooms. I understand that the price tag is 4000 tenge per day, but why mislead people. Bakhytzhan, the head of this institution, is very verbose and eloquent, but he tore off the money, took into account the prepayment as a fine. Be careful and careful!!!! Don't believe the verbal description. As a result, they were evicted from this nightmare, paying 46,000 tenge for 6 people. The rest of the group fled to the hotel next door. Bakhytzhan taught us not to save on ourselves, but to spend the night more expensive, but in complete peace.
